Making Plan For A Trip

It was now the beginning of November and it was time to plan the annual Christmas trip. Mallory had talked about it with her mother and they had come up with the perfect solution. They were going to go to the cabin that was up in the mountains that the Hammons, Moores, Goldberg, and Greenes owned. The four families had gone in on buying a cabin for trips just like this and it was the perfect time of the year to go there.

“So, mom and I talked about it last night and we think that all of the families that own the cabin up in the mountains should go there over Christmas break.” Mallory said as the group sat at the lunch table.

“That sounds like a great idea. I will mention it to my parents when I get home and see what they think.” Sasha said.

“Yeah, that does sound like it would be a lot of fun.” Patrick said.

“It’s been a while since I have been skiing so I am in.” Sabel said.

“Well, should we go on and decide who we want to bring along in case the parents agree?” Patrick asked.

“That is probably a good idea. Of course all of our families will be in on the trip although some of them will probably back out when it gets closer to time to leave, especially some of the younger siblings.” Mallory said.

“Okay, so here is a list that I think would work out well. “Patrick’s Family, Sabel’s family, Mallory’s family, and my family. We should also add in Ben, Marybeth and Kelly.” Sasha said.

“What about Chad and Kirk? I think they would want to go.” Patrick said.

“That’s a good point. What about Chase?” Sabel asked.

“I think he already has plans to go somewhere with Lanie during the holiday break.” Patrick said.

“Okay. I think that Shelly would like to go since Debbie, Marybeth and Johnny are going.” Sabel said.

“She was always on the list as your family, babe.” Patrick said and Sabel smiled back at him.

“Do you think Jenn would want to go?” Mallory asked, looking at Patrick.

“Of course she would. She isn’t going to turn down the chance to get out of town.” Patrick said.

“Okay. I think that is a good list for now and we know the cabin has plenty of room. Some of us will probably have to sleep in the same rooms though.” Sasha said.

“I don’t think that is a problem.” Mallory said.

Not long after, Chad and Kirk came and sat down with them and they told them about the plan. “So, we are thinking about going to our cabin over Christmas break. Would you guys be interested?” Sabel asked as the two guys sat down.

“I don’t think it would be a problem. Of course I would have to run it by mom first.” Kirk said.

“You know that you are going to have to invite Marybeth as well if I am able to go.” Chad said.

“She is already in the count.” Mallory said.

“Well, I am game. It should be a lot of fun.” Chad said.

“I do feel bad about leaving mom at home by herself though. I know she will tell me that she is fine with me going, but I just don’t know if it is the best idea to leave her alone for the holidays.” Kirk said.

“There might be room for her to come. If not, I am sure that Mrs. Dawkins and Mrs. Thompkins can keep her company.” Sasha said.

“Yeah, my mom will make sure that she is okay. Shit, I wouldn’t be surprised if your mom doesn’t end up at my house while we are gone.” Chad said.

“Good point. So, what is the plan once we get up there?” Kirk asked.

“Skiing and relaxing. The house is not on the slopes but it is only like ten minutes away. I am sure that I will go skiing some, but I am going to use the time to just relax for the most part.” Sasha said and Patrick nodded in agreement.

“Is there anything else to do there other than skiing?” Chad asked.

“Well, the house has a theater room in it, so be sure to bring some of your favorite DVDs.” Mallory said and everyone nodded since they all had DVDs for movies that they loved.

“Sounds like there is everything there that we could need. How about some pool tables or something like that?” Kirk asked.

“We have that as well. The whole basement is full of games to play.” Patrick said.

“Sounds fun. I am looking forward to it.” Chad said.

“Good, so now that is taken care of, we just have to make sure that all of our families are on board.” Sasha said and the rest of the group nodded in agreement as they continued to eat and talk until it was time for all of them to go back to class.

It didn’t take much to convince the other three families into going on the trip to the cabin over Christmas. In fact, most of the moms had already talked to Marsha at school and they had agreed that it was a great idea. So, the trip was now set and all they had to do was see who was going and who would drop out as the time got closer.

Now, Josie, Sherri, Sally, and Marsha were sitting together in the Moore house talking about the trip as well. “This is going to be so much fun.” Sally said, bouncing around in her seat with excitement.

“Oh, you just want to have sex with some of the younger guys.” Marsha said with a smirk and Sally smiled and shrugged at the same time, not even trying to deny it.

“Don’t act like you aren’t looking forward to that as well.” Sally said back to Marsha and she couldn’t help but smile back.

“I can’t say that I am not looking forward to that as well, but I am really looking forward to spending a week with my daughter and Patrick to see how well he treats her when they don’t have to hold back at all like they have to when Claude and Steven are around. I don’t think Steven is going to be able to make it on the trip anyway.” Sherri said.

“I don’t think that Claude is going to be able to make it either. That time is a busy time of year for him as a lot of places are closed down so it is easier for him to work on companies computer problems then.” Josie said.

“Yeah, I don’t think Jacob will be able to make it either as he and Claude are normally doing the same things since they work together.” Marsha said.

“Well, if none of them are going, I am sure that Billy won’t want to go either.” Sally said, and all of the other women nodded in agreement.

“So, a women's trip for us then?” Josie said with a smile and all of the women smiled back at her as they knew that the four of them were going to have a great time on this trip.

“Yep. Some alone time that we all need. Plus, like we said, plenty of young ones to have fun with as well.” Sherri said.

“Hell, there are some of the girls that I wouldn’t mind trying out.” Marsha said.

“You and me both.” Sally said.

“Well, you know that we are all going to have to compete with Jenn when it comes to that as well.” Josie said and some of the women groaned as they knew how horny Jenn was on a normal day, but being a cabin for a week with her might just be torture for some of them.

“There is more than enough to go around, I think.” Marsha said.

“Oh that’s for sure. I am also looking forward to relaxing as well. I don’t know if I will go skiing everyday.” Sherri said.

“I can go along with that. It is nice to just do nothing every now and then.” Josie said.

“So, would you rather fly up there or drive?” Marsha asked.

“I think driving should be fine, that way we all have our cars.” Sherri said.

“It’s only six hours, so it shouldn’t be a problem.” Josie said.

“With all the people that I heard might be going, we are probably going to need plenty of cars anyway.” Sally said and they all nodded in agreement.

“Okay. That is settled. I guess we can all get the food we want once we get there.” Marsha said and the other women nodded in agreement.

“I say yes for most of the food, but there might be some things that we need to take with us that might be cheaper here.” Josie said.

“That’s a good point. We can get a lot of the stuff that doesn't need to be frozen here, that way we don’t have to get as much once we get up there.” Sally said.

“You know, it’s actually been a few years since I have been up to the cabin.” Sherri said.

“I went up last year. Everything was in order. It is a good thing that we rent it out for most of the year though, because it allows everything to be looked after while we are not able to get there all of the time.” Marsha said.

“Yeah, I went last year as well. It looked like the place was being kept in good shape by the rental company.” Josie said.

“I went two years ago, so I am really looking forward to this. I miss our little cabin on the side of the mountain.” Sally said and all of the women nodded as they missed the place as well.

The group continued to get details straight for their trip as they drank some wine and just had fun in each other’s company. The four of them were great friends so this was like a weekly thing to begin with and they hoped that this would continue for years to come.
