The first ban

Eventually you calm down enough and growl out "There should be a list of all banned items and Classes. Not just banned things, but things so overpowered or foul that anything even approaching them is meant to be stopped by the Gods of Creation.

"This mask is THE item that started it! It was meant to be destroyed and all plans on how to make it erased from existence! Only one was made, and it was for this person, but the Gods should have destroyed it!"

You seem to be not making sense, so you focus.

You eventually tell them "These days Players can have multiple Avatars, playing different Classes and Subclasses. Not originally.

"Back then you could only have one PC you called it. If you wanted to experience what a different class was like you had to kill your old one, permanently.

"Mortlator was pretty advanced and wanted to experience starting over as a noob, but being able to use his old Avatar. The Gods used him to test things out a lot as he was the most powerful Player.

"This mask was created as a solution for it. When it is worn, it allows the wearer to create a new identity an learn things from different classes like one of them, leveling as one. It was designed to keep thing separate.

"Problem was it added the XP, Abilities, Skills, and attributes to the Player's unmasked ID as well. You could be a level 200 Player and still get XP for killing level 1 NPCs. When you add special equipment they got, that just makes it worse. Same with a few other things.

"Then it was discovered a few experimental Classes that were dropped could still be used by him. We would have found out sooner, but the problem was when classes were no longer available, they didn't always remove class features that came with it."

Thinking a bit you added, "This actually explain how he could still use the dagger and avoided detection for that warlock class. He probably got every single class he could, even the joke ones during special Events, grinding the as much as he could."

After some horrified silence, someone asked you "Are you sure?"

You nod slowly "I taught him to make the most of every loophole. That is why the Gods had him testing things."

You frowned at the items on the table "I did NOT teach him to cheat, break the rules, or keep exploiting issues he knew about! He was meant to tell the Gods or their agents!"
