"Okay, so we just have to make sure it's sexual somehow..." Izuku mused as they started walking to Itsuka's place.

"Oh, I got an idea! Just have him dream of a sexy nurse or something!" Tooru suggested. "And when he wakes, he'll have healed enough to make a full recovery from there!"

"Just enough too, so it doesn't raise too many questions," Setsuna added thoughtfully. "Keep the healing subtle enough that the doctor's prognosis can be interpreted as mistaken."

"Do we really need to go that far?" Ochaco asked. "I mean, can't we just manipulate the memories of everyone and the records and news coverage to make it seem like Ingenium was never at risk of being crippled and heal him more?"

"We could go that route, but subtlety is more prudent," Momo mused. "Even genie magic is not excluded from unforseen consequences. It's better to make a habit of keeping the changes small as possible to avoid such possibilities in the future."

"Fair enough," Izuku noted. "Okay, so I think we got the wish figured out... We just have to have Ingenium have a sexy nurse dream, and have him heal while it's going on, like the nurse in the dream heals him just by having some degree of fun in said dream... Now the only question is... Do we just want to make the nurse essentially a figment of his imagination, or should someone actually enter his dream and act it out?"

"Oh? You don't mind the idea of one of us going into the dream of someone else and having sex with them?" Itsuka inquired of Izuku.

"Yeah, our relationship is open like that," Momo told Itsuka. "Master's no hypocrite, he likes having a harem, but he doesn't restrict us to just sleeping with him. Though we usually keep it within the polycule part," she added.

"Any takers?" Izuku asked as they reached Itsuka's front door.
