Chapter 31
Tori headed through the swamp at the front of her small group. They had already been walking for a long time, and she couldn't notice any traces of the man they were searching for.
The ground was swampy and treacherous, making it harder and harder for her to move. With every step, her boots sank deeper into the muck. Tori barely managed to pull her foot free from the mud that had already wrapped itself around her boot—and at that moment, she decided it wasn’t worth it.
She turned in place, and only Marcus was behind her, grinning at her. A shiver ran through her body as she noticed his predatory gaze.
“Where are Tobias and Zoe?” she asked immediately.
“Who cares? I hope this swamp swallows them whole,” Marcus said, looking down at Tori.
She frowned, surprised by the difference in height between them. She looked down and realized that her legs had sunk into the ground up to her knees. Only then did she feel the cold and wet earth around her legs. She tried to lift her foot but couldn't, as her legs were stuck.
“Fuck, I’m stuck. Help me, Marcus,” she said, reaching her hand toward him.
He only laughed, making her look at him in surprise. He was standing on solid ground, holding a collar in his hands.
“What is this, Marcus?” she asked, despite knowing the answer.
“Your future, Tori. Finally, you will be mine,” he said, reaching the collar toward her neck.
“Stop messing around and help me out of here,” Tori said, struggling to break free. But now her hands were stuck in the mud too, and she thrashed helplessly, buried up to her waist in the ground.
“What the fuck?! Marcus, stop, I don't agree,” Tori shouted, but he didn't listen or reply to her. He grabbed her hair and pulled her head back, tilting it, while getting the collar close to her exposed neck.
Tori tried to transform, activating her powers—but nothing happened. She struggled and fought, but once the wet earth had locked down all her limbs, she was completely powerless to do anything.
Suddenly, a cold collar wrapped around her neck, and she heard the click that sounded in her ears like an enormous explosion. The cold feeling spread through her whole body, and the fear mixed with panic overcame her. She knew that there was no help for her, that it was all lost, and even despite that, she was fighting, trying to free herself.
“Stop struggling,” Marcus ordered.
Tori’s body responded at once—she froze. She wanted to move, to fight, to scream, but nothing obeyed her. Her body no longer belonged to her.
Marcus cupped her cheek and slowly stroked it. “Finally mine,” he murmured. Tori tried to turn her head away, even if just slightly—but her body still refused to listen. She was trapped in her own skin, **** to feel his touch sliding over her face. Her stomach twisted.
“Marcus, stop, it's not funny. Let me out,” Tori said, her voice cracking.
“From now on, you will not speak without being asked,” Marcus ordered, then slapped her face.
Tori gasped only. She wanted to scream at him, to curse him out and tell him to let her go—but her body wouldn't obey.
Marcus dropped his pants; his hard cock stood in front of her face. She pressed her lips closed tightly, not even surprised by what he was doing.
Marcus laughed. “You well know how it works, bitch. But don't stop, I like you fighting,” he said, amused, but then his tone became serious, as he was giving her orders. “You will not hurt me in any way. You will not bite me. You will not strike me with your head. Open your lips and take care of me. You’re finally mine, and you will be **** on my cock.”
Tori didn’t want to do it—she wanted to fight the commands—but a sharp, unbearable pain bloomed in her head. She couldn’t take it. And even that wasn’t enough to stop what was happening. Her lips parted wide, and her tongue slid out of her mouth, waiting.
Marcus stepped closer, his cock aimed directly at her mouth. Tori’s body remained still, frozen in place on her knees, her lips trembling but obediently parted, her tongue helplessly extended.
Tears spilled down her cheeks—hot, shameful streams—as the full horror of the moment sank in. She was aware, painfully aware, of every humiliating detail… and yet she couldn’t stop herself.
She hated Marcus—hated him with every fiber of her being—but that hatred could only burn silently within her mind. She couldn’t act on it. Her body was no longer hers. It was his now, to use for his pleasure.
Zoe was holding the hand of her Master as they were walking toward the swamp. Even the close contact with him was making her heart beat faster, and she was feeling safe and happy.
Her life had been turned upside down after he had appeared in her cave, but she was happy for the first time in a very long time. Zoe couldn't even comprehend how lucky she was that the last man with mana had appeared from nowhere in her cave, and it seemed that he really accepted her just as she was.
More than that, Zoe had seen the way he sometimes looked at her. And even if it seemed impossible and she didn't believe it, her succubus instinct told her that he was falling in love with her.
Zoe spotted a small red brick house ahead of them, with smoke rising from its chimney.
“He didn't mention anything about this house,” Tori said.
“Let’s knock on the door and ask. Maybe they have seen his brother, or they will show us the way toward the swamp,” Tobias said.
Tori nodded, accepting his plan. Zoe followed after her Master without even thinking about it. It wasn't important to her what plan he had, she was ready to follow him into anything.
They approached the house and knocked on a pink door, which swung open almost immediately. A woman appeared in the doorway—one who made Zoe gasp and freeze in place, holding her breath as fear gripped her entire body.
Standing there was a breathtakingly beautiful woman with sun-kissed skin, stunning violet eyes, a long, sleek black tail that shimmered in the light, and large black-and-purple wings curled gracefully against her back. Atop her head sat a pair of impossibly elegant, sharp horns. She was the most beautiful succubus Zoe had ever seen in her life.
“Welcome,” she said, her voice like a melody woven from pure seduction—every note inviting sin—as her eyes remained fixed on Zoe’s Master.
She reached her hand toward him. “Tobias, I was waiting for you,” she said.
His hand slipped out of Zoe’s, and he took the soft hand of the other woman—who pulled him into her immediately and kissed him, pressing her stunning body against his.
Zoe stood frozen, shocked and terrified, as the truth hit her like a dagger. He was about to see what a real succubus looked like… and realize she was nothing more than a worthless half-breed. He’d cast her aside without a second thought.
“Hmm… and who is this stray?” the woman asked as they stopped kissing. The woman was standing next to Tobias, with her arm around his waist and her tail wrapped around his thigh.
“Master?” Zoe whispered, as it barely squeezed through her throat, when she was losing all hope.
“Shut up!” he shouted suddenly, making her flinch. “I don't need you anymore, you worthless trash,” he added, as tears began streaming down her face. “Now I have a real succubus—someone I can truly love,” Tobias said, then kissed the demon beside him.
Zoe’s heart shattered. Her legs gave out beneath her, and she collapsed to her knees before them.
“Did you really think that I could love someone like you? You useless bitch, you’re never going to be as good as her. You are broken. You don't have horns. You don't have wings. What even are you? You would only bite me and drink my blood, fucking whore. Tatiana would never hurt me like you. She’s a real succubus that I deserve to have. Get out of here. I don't want to see you ever again!”
“Wait, darling,” Tatiana said sweetly. “Let’s keep her—as our little toy.” She looked at Zoe with a gaze so intense it sent a shiver down her spine. “We’ll lock her in the basement and see how low she’ll beg and humiliate herself just for a taste of your mana. We’ll set up a bed right next to her, and we’ll have sex there—every time—so she can see it all… until her mind finally breaks from hunger and desire.”
“Master, please,” Zoe whimpered quietly.
Tobias slapped her face so hard that she fell to the ground. “You were supposed to not speak, stupid bitch!” he shouted. “Fucking useless whore,” he yelled, and then kicked her stomach, making her curl in pain, crying.
The last time she’d been kicked like that while lying on the ground, she was around eight years old—and it had been other children doing it. So it hadn’t hurt nearly as much as it did now, with a grown man kicking her. She felt like she was going to vomit, the pain radiating through every part of her body.
But the physical pain was nothing compared to the agony in her heart. It felt like her whole world was caving in around her, crushing her from the inside. She couldn’t imagine going back to the life she had before meeting her Master—because now, without him, it felt utterly meaningless.
Tobias was already winding up for another kick, but before his foot could reach her, he vanished—and darkness closed in around her.
“Zoe,” Tobias said, his voice filled with worry, and she suddenly felt his body wrapped around her.
“Let’s split up,” Tori said as they stopped at a crossroads in the swamp. Ahead of them, three paths branched off in different directions. “I’ll go straight. Tobias and Zoe, take the left path. Marcus, you go right.”
Marcus only nodded, not pleased that he was going to split with Tori, but at least he wouldn't need to look at this asshole, Tobias. Marcus didn't know why Tori wanted to leave this idiot without their protection, but he didn't say anything, hoping that a monster would kill and eat him.
He figured it was a shame that Zoe would have to die too. It would’ve been much better if she somehow made it out alive—so Marcus could claim her for himself. Then she’d learn what it really meant to scream with pleasure all night long.
Marcus walked for a few minutes, lost in his thoughts, fantasizing about what he would do to Zoe, when he heard Tori screaming behind him. He immediately grabbed his sword and ran to help her.
As he reached the crossroad in the road, he saw something that made him stop in place.
“Tori?!” he shouted, as the woman he had been in love with his whole life was sitting naked on Tobias, jumping up and down, her pussy sliding on his hard cock.
“Marcus,” Tori gasped. “Don't bother us,” she added, while still riding Tobias. “Finally,” she moaned. “I’ve found a real man,” she said. “I’m cumming,” she screamed immediately after, still riding Tobias and groping her own tits.
“I will kill you!” Marcus yelled, heading toward Tobias, squeezing the handle of his sword.
He took two steps before something leapt onto his back, knocking him face-first to the ground. In an instant, he was pinned down so tightly he couldn’t move. He turned his head slightly and saw Zoe sitting on top of him.
“Marcus,” Tori panted. “Be grateful you at least get to watch. Because you’ll never get anything more from me,” she added, then laid herself down on Tobias, kissing him.
Marcus had a perfect view of her ass bouncing up and down, and of her pussy, her lips sliding along Tobias’s cock.
He tried to struggle, but the demon holding him down was far too strong. All he could do was watch helplessly as the love of his life gave her virginity to another man—when it was supposed to be them, it was supposed to be their first time together.
The monster that looked like my ex-wife licked my face again and again. I didn't know what it was doing, but I couldn't do anything, only lay there and wait.
After another lick, the whole world around me became black. I was still lying on my back, and something licked my face. I felt a sharp pain in my head, but I opened my eyes. I gasped, crawling immediately back as I noticed a wolf’s muzzle over me, licking me.
After another lick, the world around me went completely black. I was still lying on my back when something wet brushed against my face. A sharp pain pulsed in my head, but I **** my eyes open. I gasped and scrambled backward as I saw a wolf’s muzzle hovering over me, licking my face.
I blinked, disoriented, then slowly shifted backward—only now realizing I was no longer stuck to the ground. The wolf stepped back as well, giving me space. And as I got a clearer look at its body, I recognized the subtle blue shimmer in its fur. It was her—the woman who had run away the day before. She now stood before me in her wolf form, head lowered, eyes fixed somewhere around my legs.
“What the fuck?!” I exclaimed, glancing over at Zoe, who was lying close beside me. A bit farther ahead, I saw Tori and Marcus, also ****. And then I noticed him—the man who had asked us to find his brother—lying motionless on the ground.
Still keeping an eye on the wolf, I shifted closer to Zoe. But the creature didn’t attack me. Instead, it moved toward the older man and bit his hand.
I reached Zoe and checked that she was breathing. I wanted to make sure she was okay, but I grabbed the dagger lying next to her and pointed the blade toward the wolf.
The wolf lifted its head, holding a dagger in its jaws by the handle.
It approached me, then dropped the weapon a few feet away and motioned with its head toward the man.
I looked at the man, then back to the wolf, trying to piece it all together.
“He was trying to attack us?” I asked.
The wolf let out a sound that resembled a short bark, but it was deeper than that of a normal dog and more abrupt.
“And you protected us?” I asked, checking Zoe’s pulse—it was racing, and her eyes were filled with tears.
The wolf barked again. I wrapped my arms around Zoe, pulling her close to my body, gently running my fingers through her hair. “Zoe?” I said, worried, but she didn’t respond right away.
“Can you turn into a human again?” I asked toward the wolf, still holding Zoe in my arms.
The wolf whined, then lowered its head closer to the ground and tucked its tail between its legs.
“Zoe?” I asked again, stroking her head. Her eyelids trembled, and she gasped suddenly.
“Master,” she whimpered, opening her eyes that focused on my face. She shrank back the moment she saw me, and more tears began to stream down her face.
“I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry,” Zoe murmured, trying to get back off me, pressing her head between her legs and covering it with her arms from behind.
“Zoe, it’s okay. Everything’s alright,” I said, not letting her pull away from me as I wrapped my arms around her.
“Don’t hit me, don’t hit me, don’t hit me,” she whimpered, as tears continued to stream down her face.
I forcefully pressed her frame against my chest, as she was trembling and mumbling something.
“Zoe, that was only a hallucination, it wasn't true, it didn't happen. Zoe, everything is fine,” I repeated, trying to wake her from this state.
She didn't react, so I grabbed her hands and pulled them off her face. She had closed eyes and was trying to hide her face, but I grabbed her chin and pulled upward, then connected our lips in a long kiss, as she was still moving them, mumbling something.
After a moment, her body stopped trembling and her lips stopped, as I was still kissing them. I leaned back, and she was staring at me with red, wet, scared eyes.
“Zoe,” I whispered. “That was only a hallucination. Whatever you had seen, it wasn't real,” I added, staring her in the eyes.
Her gaze shifted over my face as if looking for an answer.
“I passed out too… and I saw horrible things,” I mumbled. “But that’s all they were. Just hallucinations—nothing more. Whatever you saw didn’t happen, and it’s not going to happen. I promise you.”
Zoe hugged me tightly, pressing her whole body against me, as her tail wrapped around my thigh and her hands around my back. Her head was pressing against my chest as she started to cry again.
I glanced at the wolf that was sitting on the road and watching Zoe.
I slowly reached my hand toward it. It got up and made small steps toward us, holding its head low.
Zoe turned her head and looked at the wolf too, who had now stopped beside us. Slowly, it brought its snout close to my hand, sniffed it, then nudged it gently and gave it a lick.
“Thank you,” I said quietly.
The wolf barked again and started wagging its tail.
“She woke me up,” I explained to Zoe. “And we need to wake Tori, okay?” I asked.
Zoe hugged me tighter, looking at me without a word.
“Zoe, we must wake them up,” I repeated.
She just nodded, still looking sad and scared, saying nothing. But she loosened her limbs around me and slid down to sit on the ground. I wanted to comfort her, to talk to her—but this wasn’t the right moment. I had to wake Tori.
I got up, leaving Zoe on the ground. She sat just like the first day in the cave, with her legs pressed to her chest, her tail wrapped around them as if she were trying to hug herself, but this time she leaned her chin on her knees, so she was looking at me, as tears still streamed down her cheeks.
Tori was lying on the ground on her stomach, but with her face to the side. I rolled her over, so she was on her back. “Tori,” I said, shaking her. “Tori,” I repeated.
“Let me out!” she shouted suddenly, sitting up.
I jumped back. “That was only a hallucination. Whatever you had seen, it wasn't real,” I said instantly, lifting my hands, trying to show her that I didn't have any bad intentions. I had no idea what she had seen in her vision and didn't want to risk that she would attack me.
Tori hissed at me, baring her teeth and fangs, her pupils narrow slits against the green of her irises. But then she frowned, her gaze shifting quickly from me to Zoe and Marcus. Her eyes paused for a moment on the wolf, then moved to the man still lying on the ground.
Then Tori jumped to her feet, grabbing her sword, and when she looked at me again, her eyes were back to normal. I didn't have time to think about what had happened to them, but it was probably connected to her class.
“Everyone lost consciousness, and we had some unpleasant hallucinations,” I said. “The wolf woke me up, and from what she tried to explain, the man wanted to attack us, and she protected us.”
The wolf barked quietly, as if in confirmation.
“Bastard,” she said, walking over to the man lying on the ground. She rolled his body over and checked his pulse. “He’s alive,” she muttered, then began searching his pockets.
Marcus was still lying on the ground, but honestly, I didn’t care about him. I walked over to Zoe, who had tucked her head between her knees. I sat down beside her and gently touched her knee, but she flinched and pulled away from me.
“Zoe?” I asked, worried.
She raised her gaze and looked at me, then shifted toward me, sitting in my lap, as I wrapped my arms around her.
“He doesn’t have anything on him that could’ve **** us,” Tori said, then pulled a rope from her backpack and tied his hands and feet behind his back. “They must’ve added something to our food at the tavern,” she added as she stood up.
The wolf lay down a few feet away from me, staring at Zoe resting in my lap.
“Zoe, it wasn't real. I don't know who hurt you in this vision, but I would not let anyone hurt you,” I whispered, stroking her hair.
“It was you,” she whispered.
That was what I was afraid of. I cupped her chin and gently lifted her face so I could look her in the eyes. “Zoe, I will never hurt you,” I said firmly. “You’re my sweet demon. You’re mine, and I won’t let anything bad happen to you. And there’s no world where I could ever hurt you,” I said, and then kissed her.
Zoe kissed me back, but quickly pulled her face away from me.
“Even if you find a better succubus?” she asked softly.
“Zoe, I don’t care that you don’t have horns or wings. You’re beautiful and sexy just the way you are. But more important is how you make me feel. My life became a thousand times better the moment I met you.”
“Really?” Zoe whispered.
“Yes.”
She hugged me tightly. “I love you, Tobias,” she whispered, so softly I could barely hear her.
I wrapped my arms around her and held her close. Then I glanced at the wolf, who was still lying nearby with its snout resting on its paws, watching us. I noticed Tori standing in the path as well, watching us silently. But when our eyes met, she turned away and looked toward Marcus.
She walked to him and kicked his feet. He didn't move.
“Marcus!” she shouted, kicking him again, and there was far too much aggression in her kick.
This time it worked—he opened his eyes and sat up. “Tori?” he asked, still half-conscious, then his eyes widened. “Tori! Are you okay? Are you hurt?” he asked, jumping to his feet and rushing toward her.
“Don’t touch me!” she hissed at him, backing off.
“What? What’s going on? Tori?”
“You had a hallucination. That bastard **** us—we all had them. Whatever you saw wasn’t real,” Tori repeated the same words I’d said to Zoe earlier.
Marcus looked at the man Tori had pointed to, then at me. His expression twisted into a scowl, and his hand moved toward the sword at his belt.
“You!” he growled, stepping toward me.
I was already turning, moving Zoe off to the side. That idiot must’ve had a vision in which I’d done something to Tori. The wolf got up and moved behind me, growling lowly.
Marcus managed just two steps before Tori grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and yanked him down, sending him crashing onto his back.
“What the hell is wrong with you?” Tori snapped, standing over him with a twisted scowl.
“Tori, he—” Marcus started.
“It was a vision. A hallucination. Not real, do you get that? Whatever you saw was just your own delusion. He saved us. Along with the shifter you wanted to kill,” Tori hissed.
There was a moment of silence, as everyone was watching each other.
“So what now?” I asked, ignoring the nasty looks Marcus was still shooting my way.
“I’ll wake him up. We’re going to have a little chat,” Tori said, then grabbed the bound man and began slapping him—hard—until he finally opened his eyes.
