Calm for now

Jada looked in disbelief as Jax left her standing by the locker. Apart of her wanted to shout something smart back at him and cause a scene. Make him eat his words in front of his teammates but Jada remained calm. There would be plenty of time to prove the aging star wrong and she would enjoy every second of it.

After getting dressed into her uniform Jada took a moment to look back at her reflection in the full body mirror. She looked stunning of course. Jada turned around to look over her shoulder. She smiled at how good her own ass looked. Knowing that her teammates would be distracted as well but she always used it to her advantage. She hated that she wasn’t taken seriously as any other male, ball player would be but she would use that to her own benefit.

“Jax won’t be able to help himself.”

Jada exited her tiny locker room as she joined the team in the much larger room. She recognized the Skipper, Ron from the FaceTime call with management. Jax was by himself off to the side and Jada decided this would be a good moment to annoy the All Star. She maneuvered through her teammates as she could see them gawking at her round ass in her tight pinstriped pants. She stopped right next to Jax as she stood facing Ron and crossed her arms.

“You better get used to me here. I don’t plan on leaving.” She said with a little grin. Very pleased with her idea to approach this calmly.

“I knew you’d never make it to the Big Leagues. Glad you came to the same conclusion.” Jax said with a little wink and a smile.

Jada was about to respond with a snarky comeback of her own, when Ron started in with his pregame speech. Annoyed that Jax had the upper hand now in both of their conversations, Jada listened to her Manager as a good team player should. She didn’t even notice Jax move behind her.

“How about we make this interesting?” Jada could feel his warm breath on her neck which made her hairs stand on end. “What the hell is he doing?” Jada thought to herself but remained calm and locked in on Ron.

“I’ll bet you a million of my salary you don’t bat even .100 through the first two weeks.” Jax said with a confidence that made Jada’s skin crawl.
