"Oh that's BULLSHIT!" Izuku heard Monoma shouting from the nearby stands, making him jump. "All three of the 1-B students who made it to the third round are in the same bracket, and have to eliminate each other!"

"...damn it, Monoma, shut up..." Itsuka muttered, digging her pinkie in her ear, before looking at Izuku and raising an eyebrow. "Did you do something with Momo's magic to arrange us to fight right off the bat?" she then asked him quietly.

Izuku paused, before shaking his head. "No, no I didn't..." He walked over to Momo, and whispered, "Did YOU do something?"

Momo turned an all too innocent look on Izuku. "Master... you know full well I can't use my magic without your permission..." she denied.

"...that doesn't rule out Setsuna pulling something, now does it?" Izuku deadpanned. Momo looked away with a blush. "Do I look like I was born yesterday?"

"...well, you DO have a cute baby face," Setsuna teased, tugging his cheek as she had crept up on him.

"Ack!" he grunted, pulling away from her as she laughed. "Alright, be honest... you did wish for us to be matched up in the first rounds of the third event, didn't you?"

"Well, I did want to guarantee you would get a shot at winning her to the harem," Setsuna admitted. Itsuka sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose.

"...well, I suppose it's not TOO egregious," she finally said. "We'll just give our best performances, won't we, Izuku?" she remarked, smiling at him.

"Yeah, I guess so," Izuku grinned back.

Midnight then cleared her throat and announced, "Would everyone besides Denki Kaminari vacate the arena, and enter the stands? We have a match to start!"

The fourteen contestants not currently set to fight hastily headed for the stands as Kaminari and Shinso headed for the fighting stage, Kaminari smirking, ready for this, Shinso also looking eager to prove himself.
