The diner was nice. Close by. Why hadn’t Nadia been here before? The coffee was excellent.

“Jenny makes the coffee with Ethiopian beans… the real stuff…” Simon smiled.

She felt her brain fog lifting. She sipped her coffee, not making eye contact. He had an intense stare. They were face to face…

“W-why do you do what you do?” She asked.

“Why do you want to know so bad?” He said.

“Because I need to go back to normal,” she said, “I can’t get that night out of my head…”

“You’ve only had sex with your husband, right?” He said.

“Yeah? So what… he is my soulmate,” she said.

This made him smile, “There is no such thing… How old are you? Twenty five?”

“Twenty six…”

“Nadia… You’ve only had two sexual experiences at the age of twenty six…” he said.

“So?”

“So once you open Pandora’s Box - you can’t close it…” he said, “I love sex. That’s why I do what I do… Life is too short to have bad sex…”

She nearly choked on her coffee. He was wrong… Sex wasn’t the most important thing. Connection, partnership, love… That was what really mattered.

“Okay… can you take me home now,” she said sharply.
