A horrific scene.

"What the hell, man!?" Mineta sputtered after Izuku let him up shortly before they reached the shore. "You grope your girlfriends all the time! What did I do to deserve what basically amounts to water ****!?"

"I do it with consent!" Izuku huffed. "Don't even think of trying that shit again!"

"... you're kind of hot when you're mad," Tokage smirked, and Izuku blushed slightly, but kept up his glare on Mineta to ensure he got the message.

"Okay, okay!" Mineta whimpered, and Izuku relaxed.

"...that was sweet of you, Izuku, but I could have handled it, ribbit," Tsuyu said.

"I don't doubt it, I just beat you to it. If you want, I can wait next time," Izuku said sheepishly as they reached the shore and looked around to assess the situation. There were **** villains all over the place.

"Looks like Eraser and our teacher have handled themselves well... And these guys wanted to kill All Might?" Yanagi asked in a dry tone, before looking at Izuku, who was starting in horror at something. "Midoriya? What's-" she started to inquire, before following his gaze to see that the monstrosity from before had Aizawa, beaten and broken beneath it, pinned. Vlad King's **** body was slumped in a crater in the side of a boulder, bleeding heavily. "Sensei?" she gasped quietly, her stoic demeanor broken.

Izuku was thinking frantically. Why the hell wasn't the wish to cripple that thing in pain before it could do any permanent damage to anyone working!? Because he knew Aizawa was certain to at least get some scarring from it all. That should have been enough to trigger the safety net he had Momo put in place!

"A fine effort, Eraserhead, but ultimately futile. You could defeat all the NPCs you please, but Nomu here is a weapon designed to kill the Symbol of Peace himself," Shigaraki was mocking, before Kurogiri appeared next to him.

"Tomura. The objective is compromised. One of the students managed to get out, a speedster type Quirk. He's no doubt out of range of the jammers as we speak."

"Iida!" Izuku thought, relieved. If he had gotten out, he was almost certainly doing the most logical thing, and getting help!

"Damn... Seems this quest is failed," Shigaraki growled, scratching his neck some more. "...no helping it. Gather anyone who's managed to not get themselves beaten. We're leaving."

"...we're safe..." Mineta sighed quietly in relief, avoiding making enough noise to draw attention to themselves.

"...though, on second thought... We should still have at least a few minutes before the Pros and police get here..." Shigaraki seemed to reconsider. He then turned towards the still partially submerged group. "...and it would be a shame not to leave at least a few students dead... Particularly the one who thought he could fool me..."

Izuku's group froze in terror as Shigaraki charged them.
