"We are in New York City Kelly," he tells her as he gets out of the bus to check on it, "which means we probably won't have to wait to long to find a mechanic."

"Okay good," she tells Mark, "a Texas girl like me doesn't get to go shopping in the big city very often. That's where I'll be."

"Do remember to be careful Kelly," he tells her, "New York is also a hotbed for crimes against women."

"I'll be back before dark, I promise," she tells him, taking off for Times Square, not thinking anything of what could happen to her later.

Little does she know she's being followed by a crazed fan of hers who heard that she was in town for the night.
