Mina.

As Izuku drew his lot, he found that Mina had a similar ball. "Oh, cool, I got teamed up with one of my more interesting classmates!" she grinned, walking up to Izuku. He smiled a bit ruefully. He should have known she was a likely person to agree to be part of a harem. She hadn't been the slightest bit judgemental during their chat earlier, more interested in the potential gossip material. She seemed quite open minded and outgoing.

To her annoyance, Momo ended up partnered up with Mineta. The feeling clearly wasn't mutual. Mineta was leering at her with clear, impure thoughts on his mind. Izuku's eye twitched. "Excuse me a moment," he said to Mina, striding up to Mineta and grabbing the back part of his costume.

Mineta jumped a bit in surprise, and turned his head, craning his neck to look up at, from his perspective, an absolutely demonic aura. "Let's get something straight, shall we? I don't mind you appreciating my girlfriend's beauty. We all know she's hot. But if you go any further than that, and fail to at least show a modicum of respect about it, we're going to have some problems. Are we clear?" Izuku asked in an all too calm tone.

"Ye-yes sir!" Mineta stammered out, getting the sense that Izuku was NOT someone he wanted to mess with. Izuku released him and Mineta backed away.

"...too much?" Izuku asked Momo as he noticed Ochaco was paired up with a guy named Yuga, who he remembered had a flamboyant attitude, and a navel laser.

"Not at all, it's sweet of you to establish boundaries with that little creep," Momo smiled at him. "Even nice guys shouldn't be pushed, and it's clear Ochaco and I are the places one should push least with you."

All Might cleared his throat, and announced the first match after the second lottery was held. The first matchup was Bakugo and Iida as the Villains... vs. Izuku and Mina as the Heroes.

"...why am I not surprised?" Izuku sighed mentally. The universe had been good to him as of late, but still seemed to enjoy messing with him a little.
