A New Threat

“Do you all plan to keep flirting, or are we going to get this show on the road?” Lexi called out eventually.

“Jealous?” Cerena replied sarcastically.

The petite devil rolled her eyes at the hellhound’s comment.

“Yes. I am jealous of the kissing. Lord Asmodeus, couldn’t I also have a kiss for doing a good job?”

She gave you a mock pouty face that honestly did make you want to comply. A part of you wondered if the nature of your magical bond left you feeling more responsible for her. You walked up behind her desk and embraced her tightly. She practically melted in your embrace, and you felt as her tail snuck its way to your crotch. You groaned at the unexpected touch but pulled away.

“Cheeky little imp. You said kiss.”

“Can you blame me? Your punishment left me unfulfilled this morning too.” Lexi snickered while staring up at you with hungry eyes.

“That’s terrible.” You said with feigned concern.

She was going to try and tease you again. For all her submissive desires, she was a devil and loved vying for control. You’d been with Morgana long enough now to understand that this woman needed to feel the repercussions for her disobedience. You approached Lexi once more, brought your face close to her ear, and began to whisper.

“So, we're here to register our relationships. Is everything ready to sign?”

Lexi was looking a bit disheveled, but she produced two packets of paper work. The four of you went through the standard paperwork together, and it was not long before all the formalities were out of the way.

“Is that everything we need to do? I mean, I assume you will be doing an inspection tomorrow to address the fit. It shouldn’t be too hard since we will all be in the same place.” You let out a slight chuckle.

Lexi looked at you with a bit of trepidation, which you picked up on instantly.

“Something wrong?” You asked.

“N-no.” She said unconvincingly. “Well, I am no longer allowed to be in charge of your cases from today going forward.”

Lexi was obviously upset about something that was going on, but at the same time, she seemed **** to share the information. She had requested that you and her discussed the matter alone, and thankfully the other two women had agreed.

“Kiri and I will get our stuff put together, and hang out in your office until you are ready.” Cerena said before giving you a kiss goodbye. Kiri followed suit and gave you a surprisingly aggressive kiss.

“Don’t take too long, husband.” Kiri added.

With that, the other two had left you alone with Lexi.

“So, what exactly is going on, and why are you being so hush hush about it?” Your tone was more business now.

“We may have an issue. Someone in internal affairs has been digging into you specifically. Obviously, somebody has noticed the irregularities of your case and brought it to the attention of the higher ups. Nothing disciplinary has been discussed yet though. I was able to put out a few fires in that regard, but internal affairs insisted that one of their inspectors be put in charge of your home visits for the foreseeable future.”

That came as a worrying shock. Things were starting to look up, and you didn’t need someone interfering. Morgana was of course your initial worry.

“Should I be worried? If they’re investigating me, then will they be able to uncover what we did with Morgana.”

“I can’t lie to you, Asmodeus. It is possible. More than that, if they uncover what I did with your profile, the AWIO may very well revoke your status as a sponsor. If that happens, the worst case scenario is you lose all of us.”

“Why did they suddenly gain interest in me? Is this a common thing? Do they audit people like the IRS or something?”

“No. It’s not common at all. IA is typically focused on making sure there is no illegal trafficking, sure, but there was nothing in your paper trail that would look out of the ordinary unless someone was specifically looking for your information. Basically, someone is trying to get information on you. To what end, I don’t know.” Lexi looked serious, which made you even more concerned.

“Do you know who it might be?” You tried to remain calm, but you began to feel a nagging sense of danger.

“No. That’s what I’ve been trying to figure out all morning. No one will tell me who made the inquiry. All I know is that your newly assigned case manager will be a woman named Elara Crowe. She hasn’t been in IA for a long time, but she’s ambitious and been on the rise within the AWIO. Everything I’ve heard is that she is talented at discovering lies. The higher ups all seem charmed by her.”

That last line sparked your interest. Being the presumed pinnacle of charm magic, you were wary of such things. Monster girls may generally fall quickly for someone, humans were a different story. They took time to build relationships.

“Is she a monster girl?” You asked, wondering if foul play might be afoot. There were several species of monster girls capable of causing such sudden changes in humans. Hell, you knew first hand with Morgana and Lexi.

“From what I’ve investigated, Ms. Crowe is a human.”

You spent a few moments thinking about the situation. If this person was going to be a problem, it might be the case that you could use your magic to manipulate her into being on your side. The thought of controlling someone like that wasn’t exactly something you wanted to do, but if it was needed to protect your family, then you reasoned you were capable of putting your morals aside.

“I’m sorry, my lord. I tried everything I could.” Lexi looked defeated and saddened.

“What? You didn’t do anything wrong. You’ve helped through all this mess so far. Sometimes this sort of problem is inevitable. Don’t beat yourself up about it, and trust me. I love you, Lexi.” You smiled devilishly.

“W-what! N-no!” Lexi screamed as her body was wracked with pleasure.

“No?” You asked innocently, though your expression was filled with sadistic delight. “I love you, Lexi. You know I love you, Lexi.”

Lexi was gasping for breath while holding onto the desk. You watched with glee as her fingernails dug into the mahogany.

“Oops! I forgot that if I say ‘I love you, Lexi.’ you will cum. I won’t say ‘I love you, Lexi.’ for no reason again.”

Lexi’s body stiffened and then shuddered. Drool was hanging out of her mouth as she squirted once more.

You came close to her once more and lifted her chin. Lexi was sweating. Her eyes had lost their focus and her muscles weren’t strong enough to hold herself steady. Watching her struggle with ecstasy was deeply satisfying.

“I want you to remember this the next time you decide to tease me this week. Oh, and don’t worry too much about this Ms. Crowe. I will make sure nothing happens to our family.”
