Primer: Alternate Timeline

(This timeline shares similarities with the original, but has been altered drastically to show a very different history than the one experienced by the people on the G-canon timeline. It is still subject to change and expansion.)

1 AL - Generation ships fleeing humanity's original homeworld and system finally make landfall in the Alpherion System and the three planets Eden, Elysium, and Paradise, colloquially to be known as the Trinity. Surveying, colonization, construction, and habitation shortly follow.

5 AL- First discoveries of ancient alien artifacts discovered amongst the asteroid belt.

12 AL- Discovery of The Hypersling. An ancient device capable of propelling or retrieving ships from incredible distances.

15 AL- Study of the Hypersling leads to radical improvements in FTL technology.

17 AL- Mekan is discovered, what was thought to be a dead world turns out to be an enormous manufacturing facility the size of a planet.

19 AL - The Federation launches their first explorer vessels, the Enterprise, Daedalus, and Andromeda to chart the surrounding systems and search for alien life.

21 AL- The Mekan A.I. is reformatted into “Mother”. Creation of the Mekani race. Beginning of The Golden Age of Peace.

22 AL - First Contact is made with the Zee-Rai people. At first only having interaction with their females, the Federation scientists first believed the Zee-Rai to be a non-sapient intelligence

23 AL-Discovery of the Qaalia system and contact with the Amarleans. Portable replicators become widely available, the end of capitalism.

25 AL- The quantum geneforge is invented in a joint effort by the Zee-Rai and human scientists to facilitate mutual understanding and cooperation between the two radically different species.

26 AL - Discovery of Xibalba, homeworld of the Vyraxis.

28 AL - Humanity makes first contact with emissaries from the Core Galactic Alliance. Birth of Dr. Kerwyn Reinswatter

29 AL - Under the banner of War Prophet Kalegex, The Alpherion system is raided by a flotilla of several battlecrocs and wargators. A quarter of a billion humans were killed, another quarter billion were ****. End of The Golden Age of Peace. Beginning of the Age of Hope.

30 AL - Humanity forms an alliance with the Zee-Rai and Knavar pack RunsFreeKillsQuick combat the growing Kroxaa incursions. An invitation to the alliance is formally extended to the CGA, but they decline.

32 AL- Alliance weapons technology discovered among the wreckage of Kroxaa attack ships. Federation accuses the Alliance of helping our enemies. The CGA denies and claims neutrality.

45 AL- Treaty of co-habitation sees billions of Amarleans emigrate to Federation space.

49 AL - Contact is made with the Shi-Raka, the compact of trade and co-existence is given to The Federation. Its precepts are incorporated into maritime law and the general orders of all Federation registered vessels.

58 AL - The Dranza invade Federation space with a Colonizer class Dreadnaught. Beginning of the First Dranza War.

61 AL - A diplomatic mission to the Ligreon system is attacked, the delegates were hunted for sport in a game preserve. Beginning of the Ligreon War.

62 AL- the destruction of the Dranza’s colonizer class dreadnought. End of the First Dranza War.

64 AL - Two Colonizer Class Dreadnaughts enter the Alpherion System. Beginning of the Second Dranza War.

66 AL- The Dranza Colonizers are destroyed, the end of the Second Dranza War.

67 AL - A Ligreon fleet enters Federation space for the first time. Amarlean uprising breaks out across Federation space. The Piscine aliens living in Federation space, many of them Federation citizens. End of The Age of Hope. Beginning of The Age of Shadows.

69 AL - Dr. Reinswatter first demonstrates what would be later known as the Nanomechanical Omni-racial Xenobiology Enslavement Technology (or NOXET).

70 AL - The NOXET is first used on Amarlean prisoners convicted of treason. Federation intelligence begins using NOXET in secret to acquire intelligence from captured enemy soldiers.

72 AL - The Federation passes laws making NOXET exposure mandatory for all aliens convicted of a felony.

74 AL- Use of NOXET on enemy aliens exposed leading to rioting across the system and colonies. NOXET gas sprayers deployed en masse to quell rioters. End of the Age of Shadow. Beginning of Age of Recovery.

75 AL - The Federation Parliament and the Trinity Science Consortium initiate "Operation Beast Tamer", a combined military and science operation intended to end the war with the Ligreon.

77 AL- Xibalba is saturated with NOXET gas. Vyraxis breeds geneforged to carry NOXET toxins are released into the population.

78 AL- Xibalba under complete Federation control. Beginning of the industrial farming of Vyraxis.

80 AL- Weaponized NOXET used on enemy combatants to overwhelming success.

82 AL- Ligrii System is invaded, drop pods loaded with Vyraxis carrying NOXET toxin dropped en masse across the planet as major population centers were saturated with NOXET gas.

83 AL - Conquest of Ligrii Prime (later renamed to "First Conquest"); subjugation of the Ligreon people as humanity's first sapient **** race; end of the Ligreon War.

84 AL- Evidence linking Ligreon aggression, Amarlean rebellion, Dranza incursions, and Kroxaa reaving being encouraged by The Alliance’s ruling Anaareal elite. The CGA initiates a galactic-wide censure of the Federation for "crimes against sapient lifeforms", barring contact with humanity from all affiliate members.

87 AL - An Alliance fleet attacks First Conquest and are driven back after several of their ships are boarded and infected.

91 AL- Invasion of the Qaalia. Beginning of The Amarlean Subjugation.

92 AL- Dr. Raymond Tokusatsu as part of the Qaalia campaign’s science division begins experimenting with the effects of Psi-nodes on Symix tissues. Laying the groundwork for Transplanar Grid Theory.

96 AL- Conquest of the Qaalia system and the complete subjugation of the Amarlean race.

97 AL - Domestication of the Symix race,

98 AL- Tokusatsu and his partners , Dr. Elizabeth Kim and Eli Yoshikhala build the mecha suits powered by their bespoke psionic reactor named “The SERAPH Core”. The first Seraphim pilots quickly become heroes of the campaign.

100 AL - After a year of discussion amongst all member worlds and it's people, the Federation formally announces the Homo Superior Doctrine, declaring humanity the superior race and that all others should be placed under the yolk of the NOXET, for humanity's survival.

101 AL A council of leading scientists, theologians, artists, and other thought and cultural leaders gathered for a special committee on the planet Victory to discuss the growing proliferation of genetic and cybernetic modifications. The Victrian Protocol is ratified, creating the boundaries for future transhumanist endeavors.

105 AL- The Caplanist Manifesto is published to great controversy. Large numbers of women and men gene-forge themselves into “transcendents”.

109 AL- As if in reaction to Caplanism, The Guide of GaiaGnosis becomes a bestseller.

118 AL - The Dranza enter the Qaalia system with six colonizer; beginning of the Third Dranza War. The Seraphim Corp becomes a separate branch of the Federation military.

123 AL- The first Seraphim Expo is held on Conquest. Several wealthy families purchase seraphim for themselves, their families, and their personal security details. Seen by some of the Great Houses as the beginning of their rise.

126 AL - Dranza **** in the Qaalia system is subjugated; end of the Third Dranza War.

131 AL- At the Battle of Liutannis IV, the seraphim proved instrumental in achieving victory and demonstrated the decisive edge seraphim technology gives its users in both space and planetary warfare.

137 AL- The Federation Parliament passed the Border Expansion Act. The Great Houses and the Megacorps are chartered to expand humanity’s frontiers. Established the right of a person or corporation to claim a planet as personal property.

141 AL- Johann Arisaka leads a lightning campaign across border space and conquers ten worlds in three months, dying at The Battle of Neosaka successfully conquering the tenth world of the sector of space christened as “The Arisaka Cluster.”

191 AL- A dispute over the taxation of comet mining in the Colacoke system cascaded into a full rebellion by sixteen of the most prominent noble houses. Beginning of The Glorious Restoration.

196 AL- The Federation Navy Expeditionary **** is decisively beaten by the rebels at the Battle of Arisaka Sextus.

199 AL- The rebels seize control of Conquest, putting them within striking distance of The Trinity. Rioting and civil uprising leads the Navy to stage a coup.

201 AL- The Treaty of Eden brings an end to The Glorious Restoration. Parliament is reorganized into the Five Houses with The Seraphreich as premiere governing body. Heinrich Colacoke elected Shogun.

218 AL- The mark V seraphim reactor core is miniaturized to the point where it can be worn. Grid-morphers become the must have accessory for Symix owners.

231 AL- Dranza extermination fleets begin a campaign of annihilation across Federation space. The Dranza abandon their standard tactics of attrition for an overwhelming swarm of battlestars and heavy cruisers that pushes the Federation navy to its limits.

233 AL- Universal Conscription Act passed. All humans aged twenty one are obliged to perform five years of service for The Federation military. Mark VI and VII SERAPH adopted as the standard kit for human operators on the battlefield.

239 AL- The Siege of Tangerkesh ends with the negotiated surrender of the Vreebach race, who agreed to become supplicants to humanity in exchange for privileged status.

241 AL Discovery of The Dranza crone worlds. Scouts begin to survey the heartland of The Dranza’s Empire.

250 AL- Operation Dragonslayer is launched. The largest fleet ever assembled by humanity is sent to end the Dranza threat once and for all.

261 AL- The Battle of Chok-Tazuich-218 ends in disaster. Many prominent mech pilots are captured and ritualistically eaten.

262 AL- Operation Counter-Chok successfully retakes the system and recovers the lost SERAPH cores.

265 AL- Admiral Kaga Washington is made supreme commander. Reorganizes the fleet.

290 AL- The Alliance makes overtures of peace and cooperation in exchange for the return of the Anaareal being held in bondage by The Federation. The Seraphreich rejects the proposal.

297 AL - The conquest of the Dranza system, along with the subjugation and conversion of the Dranza people.

300 AL- In honor of the three hundredth anniversary of The Founding, Parliament passes The Shogun’s Gift Act which entitles every Federation citizen with a Dranza bought for them at the expense of the Federation Treasury.

305 AL- James Fujiwara and Sydney Myers are born.

315 AL- The **** girl Jangles is born.

326 AL- James Fujiwara inherits his grandfather’s Mk III SERAPH powered mech, ExtremePrejudice and the fiefdom over FranceProvince. Takes the Ligreon Tigra as his xeno-wife.

330 AL- Conquest of the Scharun System and the mass subjugation of nine billion Schar.

332 AL- Sydney Myers converts to Caplanism and takes Major Amandla Turner of the Federation Shock Marines as zer Co-Dominance.

333 AL- Lord James Fujiwara takes the Ligreon Jangles as his second xeno-wife.

334 AL- The illuminator class Private Explorer Ship, The Seed of Truth, departs Neosaka on a Charter to Explore The Frontier, Expand the Dominion of The Alpharion Federation, Exploit any resources for the betterment of Humanity, and Exterminate any and all opposition of Mankind’s Supremacy.
