Event is starting

The morning of the big event arrived, and the energy in the air was electric. You arrived at the venue early, dressed in your usual pants and shirt for the day’s initial activities. There was a five-minute briefing scheduled at 8:45 a.m., and you could feel the anticipation building as you walked into the conference room where everyone was gathering.

Sarah stood at the front of the room, her clipboard in hand, ready to give the final rundown. The entire team was present, including the organizers, models, designers, and contractors, all listening intently. “Alright, everyone,” Sarah began, her voice steady but with an undercurrent of excitement, “Today’s the day we’ve all been working towards. The event kicks off at 10 a.m., so we have just over an hour to make sure everything is set up and ready to go.”

She went through the schedule, reiterating the importance of timing and coordination. “The contractors will be here at 9 a.m. to set up the booths, and everything needs to be ready by 10 a.m. sharp. Remember, the fashion show itself doesn’t start until 1 p.m., so we have some time this morning to finalize everything. Alex, I know you’ll be busy with coordination, but I need you to change into your outfit by 12:30 p.m.”

You nodded, already feeling the weight of your responsibilities. The briefing wrapped up quickly, and everyone dispersed.
