Without thinking about it too much, I decide Prof needs a bit of a promotion and replace 'Teacher' with 'Doctor.'

So the angle and pose are more or less identical - although she's holding her bento instead of resting her hand on the table - but the setting, outfit, and even demeanor are all different.

So, as a start, my former Professor's expression is more professional and less casual than it had become after my previous changes, but she's still visibly relaxed. The room is no longer a cafeteria - or cafe - of any kind, and now clearly some kind of medical office and the good doctor herself... Well, she's wearing a white doctor's coat, with a stethoscope around her neck and a lanyard pinned to her coat's pocket.
