Ben looks away

Ben took a deep breath, exhaled and deliberately turned his head away from the girls.

Instantly, the spell was broken. Bonnie and Susie exchanged startled glances, clasped their hands once again to their beautiful bodies and instantly fled screaming into the night, the laughter of the crowd echoing in their ears as heads turned to watch their beautiful bottoms wiggle away. When Ben turned his head back, they were gone.

He wasn't worried. It was a big carnival, after all. There were plenty more women for him to look at. He let his eyes drift across the crowd once more, until he caught site of Mayor Peggy Jackson, standing underneath an awning, eating a stick of candy floss. She caught his eye and said, in a not particularly friendly tone, "What are you looking at?"

Ben smiled.
