Long Dress ---> Tiny Ripped Booty-Shorts

I see a few phrases that are clearly not accurate at all to what I'm looking at, so those should be fine enough to change right? Thinking a bit, I decide the one of these with the sexiest potential is 'long dress.' Penny is, in fact wearing a dress... but even accounting for how far she's hiked it up, I definitely wouldn't call it 'long.' Therefore, let's change that to... Oh, I know! See, Penny's always had something against wearing torn clothes - one of her few standards she won't budge on for the sake of appeal - and I'm really curious what she'll look like wearing something like... 'Tiny Ripped Booty-Shorts.'

The club gains a few more spotlights and the upper layer of monitors merge together before beginning to play a giant lava-lamp animation. Meanwhile, the record-machines in front of Penny turn into some kind of game I can't identify, with large heart icons on the monitors.

As with the Professor and T.D. before her, Penny doesn't change until after the environmental changes resolve. When she does, she slides just a bit further down and loses a little bit of weight - particularly in the thighs, but also the breasts. She turns sher head and torso just a little more toward the camera, and the thin straps on her legs merge together to form... larger straps.

Then her dress changes. The fabric rolls up and merges with her bra, seemingly leaving behind her panties as it goes... but when I look closer, it's clear that those 'panties' are actually an extremely tight set of shorts, which she has apparently torn and tailored into the shape of panties.

Yeah. That was a good idea. Now, to target the purse that doesn't exist, alter Penny's build or hair, or write something entirely new into being... For once, I'm not spoiled for choice. Hm.
