Ms. Demore was a powerful lady.
Well, she was powerful in one specific area.

She was in charge of the HOA.

She decided who could plant what, who could sell what and who could paint what in what color she preferred.
She was kind of a bitch about it.

The middle one is what got her in trouble.

She refused to let some Boy Scouts sell in her area.

Well, actions have consequences, and the siblings of those boys make plans to deal with her.

They got hired to do some Yard Work for her, granting them the access they needed.

They bided their time and waited for her to take a nap (after a glass or three of wine that afternoon).

While she was out, they stripped her naked and began to tie her up.

She began to struggle when it was far too late- she was tied tighter than a Nun's chastity belt.
Scouts teaches you rope work- it's how you use it that defines you.

When she protested, they stuff her mouth with 2 pairs of her panties and taped it shut.
They used the whole roll and stuck it in the ropes going to her chest, giving her a nice 'rope bra.'

Of course, the gag wasn't the worst thing they did to her.
