Carpet cuddles

Vel and Ella returned to the present, still cuddled up on the rug and completely naked. Ella’s eyes were wide, and her mouth was in O shape much like her daughter’s would be one day in the future. Vel smiled at her and cupped her cheek. He realized she was too stunned for words at the moment, so me moved his hand to her soft abdomen and spoke first. “Won’t she be just perfect, our little Lilly? I can’t wait to meet her.” No tears from Ella, just joy. Pure, unbridled joy. Her face exploded with it as she finally managed to break free of her paralysis. In her eyes Vel saw slavish devotion and outright worship. He really was a god to his little sister. He was very pleased that she had gotten to join him for a vision as well, he wondered if that was what Adi had been hoping for.

“Oh, Vel, she’s going to be so beautiful. And so tall, did you see? She really was as tall as you!” Ella looked down to where Vel’s hand was on her bare skin, and she put her own on top of his. “I really can’t wait, you know. I want her here with us right now.” Vel chuckled. “I don’t want to miss out on my little princess being pregnant, though.” His little sister looked back up at him, blushing and smiling. “That’s true, I wouldn’t want that either.”

Her face scrunched up in thought, it looked adorable. “I’m really glad I got a vision with you, like really, really glad. But what about Adi? I feel kind of bad for her, she really deserves one, I know you can’t control it but-“ Vel put a finger to her lips, silencing her. “I guess neither of us had the opportunity to tell you yet, but Adi and I shared a vision yesterday. Do you want me to tell you about it?” She nodded eagerly, her eyes once again wide.

They had enough time for Vel to give Ella the full story of that vision, and Vel also filled her in on the intact leg revelation. “Oh gods, that’s true, you had two normal legs when you were lifting Lilly too! I was too stunned by our daughter to realize it!” Vel gave her nose a little kiss again. “That’s understandable, Sweetie. She sure will be eye catching, our little Lilly.” Ella nodded, looking thoughtful. “So does that mean you will fix your leg somehow?” Fix, heh. “Don’t let your big sister hear you use the word fix about my leg, she even yelled at me for it.” Ella looked crestfallen for a moment, but could tell by Vel’s smile that he didn’t mind at all, and she giggled. “Don’t worry, Daddy, I’ll be careful around Mommy.” They stayed on the floor, cuddling and discussing the visions, for only a few more minutes. Then Adi came to get them cleaned up and ready for breakfast.
