Sitting, Standing and mannerism

"Now, let's work on sitting."

Sarah led you to a chair and demonstrated how to sit with grace. "When you sit, keep your knees together and lower yourself gently. Don't just plop down," she explained. "And when you stand up, do it smoothly, keeping your back straight."

You practised sitting and standing a few times, each time trying to emulate Sarah's movements. She offered feedback and encouragement, correcting small details. "Remember, keep your hands resting lightly on your lap when you sit," she advised. "Don't forget to cross your ankles or legs at the knees if you're sitting for a while."

Finally, Sarah gave you a crash course in basic feminine mannerisms. "When you talk, try to use more hand gestures, but keep them subtle and controlled," she said. "And when you're expressing surprise or excitement, a light touch on your chest or cheek can be very effective."

You practised these gestures, feeling more comfortable with each attempt. "Remember, it's all about subtlety and grace," Sarah emphasized. "Don't overdo it."
