Relaxation

Skylar’s new armour set makes a critical difference in how much damage she can do to enemies. She still can’t do as much damage as Mia and I, but she has an easier time holding her own now. Even with the large ogre enemies, she’s still putting out a fair amount of damage that goes towards taking them down.

For her part, Paige is once again staying back, avoiding the ogre’s attacks at all costs. She just doesn’t have the toughness to tank hits the same way Ivy and I can, or the speed and skill to avoid them like Skylar and Mia. Her use of her magic is impressive, but her low relative power is holding her back. Still, her hindrances are extremely helpful for disrupting enemy attacks.

We get a stroke of luck when it turns out that Shrek’s loot table has been updated for earth elemental armour. I’m quite happy by this development and move to let Paige know, but she’s a little preoccupied with the boss being Shrek. “There’s no way!” She cackles, and I smile. She’s adorable, her laugh is a joyous sound, music to my ears.

We manage to defeat the boss without too much trouble. The only real danger is that Paige is too amused to really take the boss seriously and at one point, Mia ends up needing to tackle her out of the way of an attack. Luckily, Shrek isn’t a difficult boss and doesn’t have a lot of health, so he goes down easily. Picking up the loot, we exit the dungeon.

Examining the loot once we get inside, I find that along with an onion, we did in fact manage to get some of the pieces of the earth elemental armour. It’s similar in design to the other armours we’ve collected pieces of, except that the mana channels glow a yellow colour and the armour itself is mostly coloured in shades of brown.

I hand the armour pieces to a confused looking Paige. “You’re giving these to me? Why?” She asks. I chuckle. “Well, they’re for an earth mage to wear, for one. But also, you’re a part of our guild, and you helped with the dungeon. You deserve a share in the loot.” I tell her. She looks down at the armour admiringly, before thanking me.

We decide to move to the game room to play some Mario Kart, which luckily supports up to 8 player multiplayer, so all 5 of us can play. As we enter the room, Paige looks around at all the decoration. “Wow, this is really pretty!” She says, before her gaze rests on the trans and lesbian flags. “Oh cool! You’re allies?”

“Of course we are. We’re all lesbians here, but I’m also trans.” I reply, as we set up the game. “O-oh you’re trans?” Paige replies. I nod, smiling at her. “You pass so well!” She exclaims and I giggle happily. “Yep, I’m pretty proud of that.” “I-I’m a lesbian too.” The goth girl says. “The way you get flustered around us makes it pretty easy to tell.” Mia teases.

“W-what? I don’t get that f-flustered!” Paige stutters, going redder by the minute as she looks at the aeromancer’s teasing face. Ivy decides to join in on the teasing. “Ah right, so you do get flustered with us. Why’s that?” She asks. “U-um…w-well…you’re all really pretty…” Paige trails off and Ivy giggles triumphantly.

“Have you ever heard of a concept called enthusiastic consent?” I ask the terramancer, putting the brakes on the teasing for the moment. “S-sort of? Not really.” She admits, turning to look at me. “It’s a thing in the kink community, though it should be everywhere.” I explain, having found out about the concept myself a week ago.

“It means that ethically, especially when it comes to kink play, but in all other areas of boundaries too, there needs to be enthusiastic consent to things. It can’t be just a timid or unsure yes, because that risks overstepping or making the other person uncomfortable. It has to be a firm yes, like you’re sure that you want something.” I continue, and Paige nods.

“We’re teasing you a lot, but I want to make sure. Are you okay with us doing this?” I ask her. “Y-yes…” Paige stutters, growing red faced again and playing with her hair. I shake my head. “We need enthusiastic consent if you want us to continue. Do you want us to keep teasing you like that?” I ask again. This time, the goth girl nods emphatically. “Yes I do!” She says more confidently.

“Thank you. I’m glad you like this.” Ivy says, walking towards Paige. The smaller girl shrinks in her body language and her face gets even redder. “Ask us to stop at any time, and we will.” The healer continues. Paige smiles and nods, becoming visibly turned on as the nature spirit backs her into the wall, and leans over her.

Paige’s breathing is heavy at this point, her ample chest heaving as she squirms excitedly, her eyes wide. Ivy leans down, whispering to her, loud enough that the rest of us can hear what she’s saying. “You’re soo cute like this, barely able to contain yourself. I’m going to ask you a question, and you’re going to answer honestly.”

Paige looks at the ground, unable to hold eye contact. Ivy trails her finger gently up the goth girl’s throat and lifts the smaller girl’s head up to meet her gaze. “Got it?” Ivy asks, and Paige nods. The dominant healer pauses for a few moments to let the anticipation build, smirking at Paige’s desperation. Then she speaks. “What does that tattoo mean?”

“Huh?” Paige asks, confused. “The little devil girl on your thigh.” Ivy says, trailing her fingers lightly over the area in question. The gothic terramancer shivers at my girlfriend’s touch. “You said it reminds you of something, but you got too flustered to tell us what it is. I want you to say it.” Ivy teases, lifting her hand off of Paige’s thigh.

The smaller girl is visibly disappointed by this and I think I even hear a small whimper escape her mouth. “It…it reminds me of the kind of pers…people, I want to fall in love with.” She manages to get out, her hands pressed against the wall, as she squirms with arousal. “Oh? Do tell, I’d love to hear more.” Ivy continues, smirking at the turned on goth girl.

“W-wild and teasing, but also loving and caring. It’s the personality of a character from a book I love, and I’ve been h-hoping that I can find people like that to be in m-my life…” Paige trails off, looking at the ground again. Ivy leans down once more and kisses her very lightly on the forehead. “Good girl.” She teases in a low voice, before backing away.

Ivy winks at me, knowing how turned on I am at the display. Skylar and Mia clearly feel the same way too, with Skylar having a slightly open mouth. Paige for her part, covers her face with her hands. I can see the smile at the corners of her mouth, her red cheeks still visible, as is the slight shaking of her body.

‘You’re so mean!’ I say to Ivy mentally, who grins at me. ‘I am. You love it though.’ She replies. ‘Gaia yes, I love it. And apparently, so does Paige.’ I say. Ivy giggles and I cuddle her. “You’re amazing, I love you so much. That was ridiculously hot.” I whisper. “I love you too honey. If she joins us, we’re gonna ruin her.” “Definitely.”

It takes a few minutes, but Paige does eventually calm down enough so that we can actually start playing some games together. By that point, everything has been set up, including bean bag chairs and a magically resizing cuddle couch in case anybody wants to cuddle, which Ivy and Skylar take the chance to.

Nothing else happens that is even remotely close to the level of teasing Paige that Ivy gave out, but there are still a few jokes here and there that set the goth girl blushing. We have fun though and Paige really seems to feel comfortable with us. I know Ivy and I are pretty comfortable with her at this point, and I’m pretty sure Mia is too. I’ll ask Skylar her thoughts later.

Eventually, Paige has to go home again. She seems to really want to stay, but she still has responsibilities. I get the feeling that it won’t be long before she’s staying the night in our bed. We each hug her goodbye and she exits the barrier to start her journey home. Ivy and Mia start on dinner, while I cuddle with Skylar.
