Julianne Overhears

Julianne had just finished writing the game plan into her laptop as she was coming back to her room to hear Chantelle:

Keep this between us, okay? Not a word to anyone esle. I'll keep a close eye on her and if I see anything suspicious we'll discuss this further, But honestly, I doubt there is anything to this.

Julianne did a quick turnaround as she knew it was strange that they were discussing something rather secretive. She was very close and trusting of Barbie as Barbie had done everything to protect Jenny that night. Jenny had known who the rat was, but only had time to say that Barbie was being framed. Julianne’s suspicions were leading her to believe it was someone already in this group aside from Barbie but she was still suspicious of even the new girls from the UK.

Something felt off about everything since they arrived. From what she could collect Barbie reached out to Cassie to try to organize the Glitches together…the UK Glitches got here yesterday and the threesomes seemed strange as they had never done anything like that before…

She was pondering in the hall when Chantelle passed by but Chantelle failed to notice Julianne’s presence. Julianne followed Chantelle to the room housing their new gerbil and stayed back to eavesdrop a bit. Chantelle started to speak to it, “It is all coming together quickly, Laura. Soon the plans we have set in motion will bear its fruit and we can finally tear it all down.”

(Why is she talking to the gerbil like that? I’ve seen people talk to their pets before but usually it’s nothing complicated as Chantelle is doing. Plus it’s a gerbil…not some higher intelligent pet like a dog or cat…that’s really strange…)

She quickly made her way back to her room as to not linger too long and overheard Lexie and Mel’s continued conversation:

“Look we need to expose the traitor from the ranks and you have to feel the same as me that all these fucked up things point to Barbie,” Lexie expressed to Mel.

“I trust you wholeheartedly, love. I have your back on this.”

“Thanks, babe. What will you do if Cassie or any of the other UK girls stay with her though? It’s possible she already has at least of them under her control.”

“I know they are my friends but like you know I lost friends to Naked Forever and the brainwashing techniques. I have faith we can get them back but I need to work with you to do that.”

(What the fuck, Mel!? You literally are throwing away your friends…Maybe I need to update your notes about the loyalty part being related to whoever you were fucking.)

She decided not to linger any longer and made her way into the room just as Lexie hushed their conversation. Lexie was sprawled out all over Mel as Lexie greeted her, “Stick-in-the-mud Julianne! It’s nice to see you still alive and kicking. Sometimes I think we need to put a bell on you like a cat.” The two began to laugh at a pretty lame joke.

Julianne spoke and said, “I was hoping to use one of the beds to rest a bit before the mission but it seems like you two might start getting noisy in a bit.”

Lexie looked at her and said, “Well if you don’t like it, then you can fuck off right on out of here. Maybe read the room next time before deciding to just come in.”

Julianne got up and left despite Lexie just being so incorrigible at times. She hung back around the corner to eavesdrop once more

Mel spoke up and said, “Wasn’t that a bit much, Lexie? Technically, this is her room too.”

Lexie said, “She’s welcome to the room as much as you or I, but she won’t be on our side once everything comes down on Barbie. She won’t side with us when we try to take down her ass.”
