Apparently yes at first

Tom and Sarah were the happiest couple in every sense for a few weeks after the procedure that gave a vagina ended. Despite this, after some time, Sarah started acting strangely and Tom noticed.

Tom was surprised that his wife started to no longer seem as happy as before, so he suspected there was a problem, but when he questioned her she always said that there was nothing wrong. Even so, he noticed that she seemed to be growing more distant from him. With the plan in mind, Tom left the house saying that he would have to meet one of his clients personally and that it would take a while to get home. Tom then just walked away from home and waited a little, returning home after a few minutes.

Entering carefully so as not to make any noise, Tom went through the house and didn't find Sarah, so, as he started to climb the stairs, he started to hear moaning, as well as the sound of something banging. The door to their room was ajar and Tom peeked through it, seeing that Sarah was there, but she wasn't alone, there was another woman there with her. He didn't know that woman, but he was more shocked to see that she also had a dick and balls as big as Sarah's and was fucking his wife's ass, who had a smile like someone who was loving it.
