[Day 3] Morning Briefing

Camille is waiting for you in the lounge, her eyes scanning some documents. She looks up at you as you approach the table.

"Good morning," she greets you with a curt nod. "I see you're washed and on time today."

You chuckle. "I'm making a better effort."

"Keep it up," she says with an approving nod, a slight smile playing on her lips.

She starts scanning the papers again and asks you without looking up. "So, how did yesterday go with Kira?"

You pause, the memories of last night flooding back, vivid and intense. "I think it went well," you say slowly, still processing the whirlwind of emotions and sensations. Despite the incredible sex you had with her last night, there's a lingering uncertainty.

Camille's eyes light up with amusement. "The two of you must have had quite the passionate night. I noticed Kira was in a good mood earlier."

"Really?" you ask, surprised.

"Yes," she replies, chuckling. "She tried to play it off like nothing happened but Kira has subtle tells when she's in a good mood."

You smile. "Well, I'm glad to hear that." The uncertainty you had earlier is washed away and now replaced with confidence.

She leans back slightly, crossing her arms. "I have to admit, I didn't think you'd manage it on your first day, especially not with Kira. You're truly living up to your potential."

You blink, taken aback by the high praise. Not entirely sure what you've done to deserve it, you nod, trying to appear humble. "Thanks," you reply.

Camille glances down at the sheets of paper in front of her. "Your vitals and health metrics are looking good," she notes, her eyes flicking back up to meet yours. "Today, you'll be undergoing combat training with Aneni."

You nod again, feeling a mix of anticipation and nervousness. "Alright," you say, your throat dry.

She adds, "Also, last but not least, you'll be needing to select a new partner for today."
