After matters set were settled

After the initial desires of Gremlin were being handled like:

• Promoting women's rights
• LGBTQRGBT+ was being respected
• Strict gun laws were put in place
• Food, water and proper infrastructure was being sent to poorer and ailed people
• Laws were to be overturned for the betterment of the people without the input of private interests
• Everyone must be politically active
• Health care was made free and accessible for all
• Pets could no longer be simply killed and would instead be classified under 3 casts, based on personalities of each individual creature and not breeds or species:

1. Cast A: Docile animals that serve more for entertainment, personal and emotional care and promoting a positive environment.
2. Cast B: Animals that are loyal and well-behaved, but still maintain a level of autonomy and freedom that goes as high as the animal wants until it endangers human life. This can include a hunting instinct, ferocious tendencies, growling and others, as long they haven't harmed anyone or anything under someones care.
3. Cast C: Animals which are absolutely deranged, going beyond medical reasons like rabies and will refuse to play nice and will simply attack anyone and everyone. This category would also be the most strict and hardest to get into and will include personalities that are extremely uncooperative and downright cruel, like a poodle that bites a child walking in the street or a hound wanting to claw at anything besides its family. Unlike the other 2, the animals in this category will be treated like how they treat others and will be kept adjacent to prisons. The prisoners will be allowed to visit and attempt to train/adopt these creatures and will be allowed to sleep in a co-ward for animals and humans with both going to separate areas during the day. This is where their true punishment comes in because the dogs will not be made to fight one another but if it is in their personality, they will be put in a colosseum-styled pit with other animals of similar breeds. If they insist on fighting or being aggressive then the guards will not jump in to help them but if they are docile and obedient then the guards will protect them when others pounce on them. (As one might have realised, this is mainly supposed to be used for dogs so I might have messed up a little when mentioning them specifically.) The dogs will be allowed to do what they want during the day and will be kept in separate enclosures depending on their level of ferocity and lethality and will be assessed each week to see if they can be bumped down a grade. If not, then the desired outcome will arise where the 3 breeds will begin interacting with others of their breed more often, in the future, creating 3 casts of various breeds of various species that are desired by different people.

In the future, dogs and other animals could be used for various roles like war, entertainment of simple companionship, ensuring that eugenics of the past does not occur while also creating better creatures for their personality cast.

• All addicts are to be admitted to genuinely get off their addictions
• All people should be getting what they are owed like resource dividends
• Pollution should be made a serious issue and cleaning and greening the planet should be a top priority
• Invasive species should be put back or hunted
• Native regions should only farm the creatures native to their environment, like Australia should sell crocodiles and emus.
• Food production should be ramped up while also being more humane
• All towns and cities should be shrunk to become more environmentally friendly, like by redeveloping and fixing up abandoned buildings
• A significant population worldwide should be moved to less hospitable places which will be rapidly developed into cities and compact towns.
• All jobs should be critically reconsidered and non-essential jobs should be paused so they can help with the things Gremlin wants without removing those jobs or causing harm to the businesses, also pause the economy for the time being.
• Everyone should have a minimum standard of living and be provided housing that allows them to have parts of the house to themselves with it all being connected by a shared living space, separate; kitchens, bathrooms, a lounge room and 2 bedrooms for each family. These houses would be provided on a more family-friendly apartment plan with everyone sharing a larger laundromat with locked baskets and machines for each apartment which contains the house style.
• All states and borders should be re-organised with water conservation in mind

It was only once these things were completed, that already made a better world, that Gremlin continued the economy and began to make more quality of life changes:

• Areas must be made to have self-sufficient capabilities and a surplus if other areas do not have them with things like hydroponics, water filters, storage facilities
• Everyone must have basic military training with an inclusion in martial arts, taking into account individuals with unique requirements, without not allowing anyone to be exempted.
• Large bunkers should be constructed with self-sustainability in mind and the ability to survive all elements indefinitely with the populations of each place being taken into consideration for future alterations.
• All homes should be able to survive and continue during floods or power outages, giving everyone the ability to go through a pressure lock door if their home gets flooded, alter the interior's balance in case the sediment falls and go into a bunker if a hurricane or storm occurs. Even for areas without such dangers, there will be at least 1 in 10 homes with such precautions put in place.
• All homes must have top-notch security
• Research and develop a way to create and unlock psychic abilities
• Disperse armaments around the world to secure government and military facilities under the new military core of the government with old-fashioned weaponry being scrapped and recycled
• Make everything recycled and research ways to recycle more stuff
• Divert all the funds that were going to terrorist organisations and other bad stuff like lobbying politicians to New NASA, 30x the size and funding (not as a percentage of each dollar)
• Go heavily into researching AI
• All children are to be raised in communal buildings similar to orphanages without the parents knowing who their children are but still being allowed to visit. When the child gets older, the parents will be allowed to choose if they want to continue or go through visitation where they can visit their child anytime they want but can not take them home. The children will only be allowed to go home after 12 years of rigorous and intensive education that drills in fact after fact and trains them in critical thinking and emotionally mature children who can distinguish ****, differentiate complex equations and much more. This way the parents can not only gain care and understanding for random people, but the children will grow up in a safe and positive learning environment where they can better learn to love and appreciate their fellow man
• The government of the world was made to have a representative of every gender, belief, religion and ethnicity. Other seats would include the various new states and a position called duke where every 15 states and the odd number left would be put under a duke. The duke would be in charge of managing the affairs of the states and moving important matters up the chain of command, but if the state minister thinks that such matters should be handled by a higher authority, the states are allowed to do so without repercussions. Taking into effect various protections that can be applied to people who want to go over said heads of the dukes so that they aren't at risk of losing their job.
• Like before, no state can have its own military and at most can have police and riot, but that isn't to say that there isn't a military because besides the United Humanity's army, small military garrisons are stationed at each major city and are out of the state's or dukes control. These people are to stop rebellions but also to ensure that they can show the people that they matter, that if they want protection, they can get it at the garrison base and still continue their operations because what these garrisons are is a deterrent against ****. Working similarly to embassies, they protect people who might be especially active politically and come out to protect the general populous if things like legal protests are being suppressed or there is an abundant **** of ****. These garrisons would also work alongside the police and have police training, knowing how to better cooperate with authorities and ensure there isn't a breaking down of the established order.
• Prisoners who might be up for parole are allowed to leave jail, for a certain time, but only under the condition that they wear a shock collar with an explosive, camera and recording capabilities so that a parole officer can watch various people and press either an explosive or shock if the prisoner is about to do something illegal. In the case the collar loses signal or thinks it is being tampered with, the person will be shocked ****, a ping will go out to all local law enforcement and a loud sound will constantly be emitted, turning up intensity if someone is being moved.
• Guns are made legal everywhere but must be sold in government buildings, come with at least 3 ways of both identifying the owner and ensuring it isn't used by strangers or children and will not be semi-automatic or be able to shoot beyond a certain range, ensuring that when fired, all sides are prepared to injure themselves.
