Cuddles in the sun

Vel and Adi were making their way through the hallways, Adi was supporting him as always. He had his arm around her and affectionately stroked the part of her blouse which the fresh bruises he’d left on her this morning were underneath. “The best part about walking together like this is that it gives me an excuse to be cuddled up to you even when others are around.” Adi had said it out of nowhere, and it kind of made Vel sad. They should be able to be affectionate with each other out in the open, their bond was beautiful. “I wish I was powerful enough to just make everyone accept it right now, but I am not. Yet.” Adi smiled. “Yet is right. We both know you will get there, and then you can fuck me on the breakfast table in front of everyone.” That was a nice prospect to look forward to, but the issue of cuddling in public had given him an idea. “Adi, let’s head to our old spot among the flowers. We should be safely out of view there, and I quite like the idea of lying in the sun and snuggling.” Judging by her smile, she liked that idea too. “Oooh that’s a wonderful idea, Vel. But would it be okay if I got changed first?” Vel nodded. “Sure, bring me to my quarters and I’ll wait for you there.”

Adi had changed into a light summer dress that he’d seen many times before, it was perfect for a sunny day like this. The estate was large and had both orderly and well-tended flowerbeds as well as some wild patches where the flowers were allowed to grow freely. They were in the latter, and the two of them were lying in a small clear patch of grass in the middle of a large section of tall flowers. They’d often come here, ever since finding the spot. Neither of them knew why it remained clear, but as kids the flowers had been tall enough to completely hide them. Now they needed to be sitting or lying down to be hidden.

They were on their backs, Adi’s head resting on Vel’s outstretched arm, and he was slowly stroking her tummy over her dress. That felt nice, being able to acknowledge that his daughter was in there. That thought hadn’t grown any less exciting to him, and Adi looked at him and smiled as she felt it. “I love how excited you are about having gotten me pregnant. I am just as excited about being pregnant.” He gave her a quick kiss. “So, come up with any name ideas yet?” She nodded. “A few, how about you?” He shook his head. “A few as well, but honestly none I am crazy about.” Adi looked thoughtful. “You know, I can kind of say the same, the ones I-“ Vel cut her off, he heard flowers rustling. There was no wind at all, not even a slight breeze. “Adi, wait, I think someone’s coming.” She gave him a reassuring smile. “Oh, yeah, its fine though.”

Vel was confused and looked towards the source of the rustling. Lynn entered the little patch, wearing a stunning summer dress of her own.” Hi Sis, I’m glad you found us.” Vel looked back and forth between the sisters. “Wait, Adi, did you invite her before you got changed?” Adi nodded and Lynn blushed. “Oh, Vel, I am sorry. I had no idea you didn’t know I can leav-“ Adi protested. ”Oh nonsense, Vel is just surprised, he’s happy you’re here.” Vel found that he actually was and smiled at Lynn. “It’s a surprise to be sure, but a welcome one.” He took his hand off Adi’s abdomen and extended his other arm too, so Lynn could lie on this left side. “Come on, join us.” Lynn tentatively walked around them and carefully laid herself down next to Vel, her head on his arm. “Oh Lynn, you can come closer than that. Come on, I know you’d like to cuddle as close as Adi.” She bit her lip before shimmying closer, until she was close enough to press up against him. “There we go, good girl.” She let out a sigh of contentment. “Thanks for inviting her, Adi, that was a great idea.” That earned him another smile from Lynn. “Yes, thank you for inviting me, Adi. This is… Nice.” Adi seemed very pleased with herself. “Yeah, I’m great like that.” Vel closed his eyes and enjoyed the sun on his face and the feel and smell of his sisters next to him. Life was good.
