Meeting Time

Matthew and Rebecca spent a good portion of the morning gathering the other girls for a meeting. They were gathered in a library that Hannah found the night before.

"Chen, is Song joining us, Suger?" asked Ana, but the other girl just shook her head.

"Neither is Sarah" said Ana.

"Or Karen. But I don't think we're missing anything" said Hannah. For once, she wasn't wearing baggy clothing. Instead, she was in a tee shirt and shorts. Nothing particularly flattering, but less than before.

"I called you all here so we can come up with a plan. But I want you all to know that I'm not going to make you do anything you don't want to do" said Matthew.

"If we're gonna get through this, we have to work together if we don't, we'll be forgotten" said Rebecca.

"Well, the best way to gain VP is by fucking Matthew. So we'll just jump him" said Martha. This earned her a punch from Rebecca.

"Kidding" she said in defense.

"I've been studying the rules. If we team up, we have a better chance with the contest. Not only that, but it's possible to gain VP by simply being nice to each other" said Mia as her face heated up.

"And fucking each other" she added.

They talked for a while, agreeing to work together as much as possible. But before everyone left, Matthew went up to Chen.

"Are you ok?" he asked her with a tender voice.

"Y-yeah. I'm fine" she said. But Matthew wasn't buying it. He cupped her chin and turned her face.

"Did Song hit he?" he asked as he let her go. Chen nodded, unable to say anything. She soon found her face in Martha's chest as she cried.

"I know how you feel" said Mia as she held Chen's hand.

"Take care of her. I'll take care of Song" said Matthew as he walked off, hand on his sword.
