Erica's Promotion

Meet Erica. Erica's life started like any other little girl's. Good parents, good schools, and a lot of friends. After high school, she graduated from the University of Texas in 2010. The job market wasn't great so she took a job as a bartender after school. The tips were great and the guys flirting with her wasn't a bad perk either. For the better part of eight years she flipped from job to job, trying to find something interesting. Finally, in 2018, Erica found a job with a marketing company through a friend of a friend. Erica didn't have any history in marketing but knew she could develop the skills needed to move up. She started as an inside sales rep, working her way up to outside sales and eventually product launch planning. It was when Erica started working on product launches that her career really took off. She gained a new mentor, Austin, who helped her understand what she needed to do to be successful in her career. Erica had it all. Her work life was finally headed in the right direction, and she was about to get married to the love of her life, Jason.
