Surely they'll react

The woman tugged Lauren by the hand, causing her to stumble after on the sand. Lauren found with the diaper she walked awkwardly, her legs **** apart and making her move bow legged. As she struggled to keep up with the older woman Lauren looked down at her outfit in shock. She looked totally absurd! She looked around, expecting that any minute there would be an eruption of laughter from everyone around. She was a 20 year old woman wearing a swim diaper after all: she braced herself, expecting everyone to react in shock and amusement.

To her surprise, she received no such reaction. As she was pulled helplessly along the crowded beach, she was only met with looks of mild amusement. Surely there should be a bigger reaction to a 20 year wearing a freaking diaper! Unless... did people think she looked young enough to be in diapers? The very idea was absurd... and yet, why wasn't anyone reacting to the fact that she was a diaper clad adult woman?!

These thoughts rattled through Lauren's mind as she was dragged up to the lifeguard station...
