"Ahem." you try to gain her attention by letting out a small cough and she looks up startled.

"Oh yes sorry." She quickly regains her composure. "How can I help you today?" She raises her glasses slightly.

"Oh uhm I'm here to check in u-under than name L-Laura?" She quickly looks down at her computer and types in the name.
