Somewhere, Dawn shivers...
Who's gonna stop me when I'm coming through
Dawn’s mood had improved a lot over the course of the day. The fact that Dani had been so understanding about everything that had happened was reassuring; she wasn’t sure what she’d do if the tomboy had kept her hostility towards her after everything. No, she’d really reached out and tried to make amends, and it left Dawn feeling very positive about everything moving forward.
But things really started looking up when Morgana returned to their room that night with a big dopey grin on her face.
“You look happy,” Dawn noted, raising her eyebrow and smiling slightly. “Did you have a lot of fun on your nature walk?”
“Yeah,” Morgana said, nodding. “It… it was really nice.”
Her cheeks flushed and her bashful grin widened. Dawn could see a tiny bit of embarrassment peeking out behind her happy veneer, though, and that made her curious.
“Anything else happen?” She asked, raising a quizzical eyebrow.
Morgana’s blush intensified.
“W-well…” She stammered, shifting from one foot to another. The way the heat on her face intensified answered Dawn’s question quite readily, though she still wasn’t convinced of the specifics.
She was happy, though, because Morgana looked happy. It brought a sly smile to her lips.
“Something good, maybe?” Dawn pressed, and Morgana squeaked, stiffening like a board.
“It, um… when, when we got back… Carly wanted to go take a bath, you know, to relax and recover… or, well, I wanted to take the bath,” Morgana quickly clarified. “But, uh, then we ran into Nick, and, well… one thing led to another, and…”
Dawn’s jaw dropped in shock.
“Wait, seriously?” She sat up in bed and stared at her buddy incredulously, putting the pieces together. “You took a bath with Nick?!”
“Carly and Marley were there too!” Morgana exclaimed, getting defensive. “And then Kim came in later! So it wasn’t like it was just the two of us!”
Dawn rolled her eyes and smirked. “Oh, yeah, that makes it better. I’m sure with Nick surrounded by naked girls, that means nothing happened at all, right?”
“W-well…” Morgana just kept digging her hole deeper. “Okay, so maybe one or two things happened… But don’t tell anyone! It’s private and embarrassing, okay?!”
“Sure, I promise,” Dawn nodded, suppressing a gleeful smile. “Good on you, Morgana, getting some while the rest of us are still waiting for our days to come.”
Dawn was actually quite worried about what was going to happen when it was her day tomorrow, especially after everything that had gone down with her and the other girls. She knew that Nick would never hold a grudge against her or think poorly of her because of her other self’s actions, even without seeing him today. He just wasn’t the type. But it certainly made her embarrassed.
Plus, she would be following after Mary. And that was definitely going to be a tough day to match.
“…Um, Dawn? Is everything okay?” Morgana asked, looking a little anxious. “You seem kind of checked out…”
“…What? Oh, uh, sorry,” Dawn said, getting flustered. She quickly shook her head. “Just a little distracted, that’s all, sorry. I was thinking about my night with Nick tomorrow, and what we’d be doing… so I got a little, well…”
Morgana turned red too, as she pictured her own situation. Her night with Nick wasn’t that far away either.
“I, um… hey, Dawn, can I ask you something?” Morgana sat next to the cat girl on the bed, clearly trying to make eye contact with her, but her eyes kept shifting away. Her cheeks were bright red, and her hands were shaking.
“Yeah, what is it?” Dawn sat up slightly, and she could feel her tail twitching behind her. Her face started to burn as well, and her heartbeat increased in pace. The longer her conversation with Morgana went, the more worked up she was getting.
“On your first night, um, you know… when you had… for the first time, I mean… I just… ugh, this is so embarrassing… what I’m trying to ask is, well…”
She kept fumbling for words, but couldn’t properly articulate what it was she wanted to ask the vet. Thankfully, Dawn was pretty perceptive.
“You want to know how things went when we had sex, is that right?” She asked bluntly, and Morgana nearly fell off the bed.
“D-D-Dawn!” She exclaimed, shaking her head frantically. Her eyes were wide and open and they swam around inside her head.
Dawn smirked. “Yeah, well, you do, though,” she said coyly. “Don’t pretend that you don’t.”
That was definitely the case. And Morgana couldn’t deny it.
“Well… yeah,” she reluctantly admitted, hanging her head. Her face burned with shame.
Dawn giggled a little. Morgana was certainly very adorable. Almost adorable enough to make Dawn forget just how horny she was, thanks to the perky goth!
Almost.
“Well, Morgana, that’s a very personal question you’re asking me,” Dawn said calmly. “But I’m appy to answer it. That being said…”
She turned red and looed away as the humiliating memories of that night returned to her.
“…You can’t tell anybody, okay? Promise!”
“I-I promise!” Morgana nodded rapidly. “Who would I even tell, anyway?”
Dawn winced. She knew Morgana didn’t intend for her statement to sound so pathetic, but it sounded like the proclamation of a girl who was acknowledging that she didn’t have any friends. Which was certainly sad.
So she redirected the topic back to the main point of conversation, so she wouldn’t have to address the pity she felt for her friend.
“It, um… it was actually pretty bad,” Dawn admitted. “I wasn’t very good… and Nick, well… Nick tried his hardest, bless him, but we still weren’t exactly what I would call ‘compatible partners’ if you catch my meaning,” she explained.
Nope. It flew right over Morgana’s head. But she took a stab in the dark anyway.
“So you guys didn’t end up having sex?” She asked. “Or it was really bad? What are you trying to tell me, Dawn?”
Dawn sighed, looking very tired and exhausted all of a sudden. “When Nick and I… when we first had sex… it hurt like hell. I’m… I’m small.”
That was very obvious.
“And that includes ‘down there’ too,” she added, gesturing to her nether regions. “I knew my first time was going to hurt, but when it happened, well… everywhere hurt.”
Morgana winced and clamped her legs together, turning pale. She didn’t like the thought of sex hurting. She always expected that it would feel marvelous, like masturbation but a million times better because it was with a cock.
But the way Dawn was making things out to be, she was no longer convinced.
“Every time he moved inside me, it was like my insides were being scraped out by a fire prong,” Dawn said, shivering a little. Just like she remembered everything vividly, she could perfectly recall the agonizing feeling of Nick being inside her that first night. No orgasms were had that day.
“I’m sorry,” Morgana winced, shaking her head. “I uh… maybe I was getting ahead of myself… I thought that I was ready, but-”
“No!” Dawn blurted out, her eyes widening in shock. “No, wait, don’t take what I’m saying as an endorsement to not have sex, or to stay away from Nick! That wasn’t my point at all! I’m just saying that it might not go as you want it to,” she clarified.
Morgana frowned. Having that much pain as a result of having sex seemed a lot more problematic than it just not going how she wanted it to.
Sensing that Morgana was still apprehensive, Dawn supplemented her statement with more info. “This round was before you joined us, so that’s why you don’t know anything about it,” she said, placing her hand on Morgana’s shoulder. “But Sylvia actually gave us a vote to determine a new transformation for the master at the beginning of the week.”
Morgana’s eyes widened. “Oh, that’s right! I nearly forgot about that! I think Carly told me something about it…”
Dawn nodded. “Well, the transformation that got picked ended up being mine, Skeleton Key. It turns Nick’s cock into the perfect tool for pleasuring you, making sure it hits all the right places and- wait, what am I saying!?”
Somewhere along the way, the clinical discussion about Dawn giving advice to a girl nearly ten years her junior had gotten warped into talking about some steamy content.
Morgana’s face blossomed with guilt, and Dawn realized that the other girl’s Sotto Voce transformation had warped things again.
Still blushing, the short cat girl cleared her throat, her tail swishing back and forth with excitement behind her. “Sorry, that wasn’t where I wanted to go with this. The point is, you don’t have anything to be afraid of, Morgana. Nick’s transformation is going to make sure that your first time feels amazing, even if it does involve taking your virginity.”
Hearing that summarized so clearly coaxed a sigh of relief out of Morgana’s lips. She relaxed, slumping back onto the bed.
“Oh, good… because after what we got into in the bath, I can just tell that things are going to get really… oh, no! I’m sorry!” Morgana’s eyes widened in shock as she realized that she was still doing it. She was getting pretty worked up herself.
“No, no, it’s fine,” Dawn assured her, shaking her head. She was glad that she didn’t still have the pheromone transformation her other self had. If she did, the conversation would have turned into nasty feedback loop of turning each other on, and while that sounded fun in concept and would probably make for a great porn plot…
It wasn’t where Dawn wanted this conversation to go.
“…So, what happened in the bath?” Dawn asked slyly, succumbing to her base urges. She couldn’t help herself.
“Well, uh…” Morgana turned the reddest she’d been all night, and she couldn’t help but look away, her face burning with shame.
“Come on, Morgana!” Dawn prodded her gently. “You can tell me! What are friends for?”
Ah, she’d said it. The F word. She’d played the trump card that could get even the stubborn Morgana to let down her walls.
“…Okay, Dawn,” Morgana sighed. “But like with your story, you can’t tell anybody, okay?!”
“Of course not,” Dawn nodded. “Just think of this conversation as having doctor-patient privilege. Sound good?”
Morgana stopped halfway through her nod. “…Wait, but you’re a vet!” She exclaimed. “That’s, like, a completely different thing! Are you saying I’m a wild animal or something!?”
“…Or a domesticated housepet,” Dawn clarified, smiling like a fool. “It’s up to you, really.”
Neither option sounded particularly great. But Morgana could tell that her friend was just kidding, and she actually laughed along with the joke herself.
“Okay, well… in the bath, Carly, Marley, and I-”
A knock on the door cut Morgana off just when she was getting to the good part. Dawn felt disappointed at that, but at the same time, she also felt kind of relieved. She was only getting more worked up the more she listened to Morgana.
Getting out of the bed, she walked over to the door.
“Who is it?” She asked, wondering who could be calling at them at this time of night.
“Just a girl in need of some assistance,” Gina’s gruff voice came from the other side of the door. She sounded a lot more worn-out and exhausted than she normally did, which intrigued Dawn- and also frightened her a little.
Not sure what the punk girl wanted, Dawn knew she would never know unless she asked her. So she threw the door open, and her eyes widened in surprise at what she saw.
“Gina, uh… wow.”
Dawn was staring at an exasperated Gina, who practically had Sylvia hanging off of her. The girl had a big, dopey grin on her face that looked completely off.
“I don’t want to talk about it,” Gina sighed. “Can we come in?”
“That depends,” Dawn said guardedly, nudging her head towards Sylvia. “What’s going on with her, first?”
Gina’s face burned with guilt and shame. “I, uh… I ended up taking her to a bar,” she admitted.
Dawn’s mouth fell open. “You CAN’T be serious!”
“…Well…” Gina looked away, but Dawn was having none of that. She grabbed the other girl’s chin and pulled her over to look her in the eye again.
“H-hey!” Gina sputtered, but Dawn ignored her, choosing instead to focus her attention on her piercing glare.
“What were you thinking!?” She demanded. “Sylvia is 18 years old! You can’t be serious! Tell me you’re joking right now!”
“Hey! Come on, it’s not what you think!” Gina protested weakly. “What, you think I just brought a minor to a bar for kicks?!”
“Yes,” Dawn responded without hesitation.
That one stung. But Gina couldn’t exactly deny it, seeing as how she’d had her first drink when she was a lot younger than Sylvia’s current age.
Morgana was completely shocked as she stared at the giggling Sylvia who was practically linked to Gina at the hip like a pricey call girl.
She’d considered drinking in the past, but now she wasn’t so sure.
“Look, I did it for her sake, alright!?” Gina finally managed to articulate herself.
Dawn wasn’t buying, though. She raised an incredulous eyebrow and shook her head.
“I mean it!” Gina protested. “I was trying to help show her that she didn’t need to be a tool anymore! That she could be her own person, and do whatever the hell she wanted!”
“And she wanted to drink?” Dawn pressed.
She could tell by the shifty look in Gina’s eye; that wasn’t the case.
“Well… no. I was the one who wanted to drink,” the punk admitted sheepishly, looking like Dawn had just smacked her across the face.
The cat girl was definitely tempted. But she restrained herself.
Dawn let out a sigh and rubbed her forehead. Why did all this difficult shit end up falling on her? When were people like Rose and Kim going to start picking up the slack, huh!?
“I really thought it would help,” Gina added, trying to dig herself out of this mess. “To loosen her up and get her to a positive point, so she could be a little happier, without having to constantly think about pleasing someone.”
Her eyes were wet with desperation.
“Seriously, Dawn, you have to believe me,” she pleaded. “It wasn’t just about getting a drinking buddy, I really thought this would help.”
Dawn sighed, and her ears flattened themselves on her head. “…I know you did,” she said. Gina looked stunned to hear that.
“Wait, really?!” Dawn was actually seeing her side of things, for once?!
“…But with that being said, you need to be better about stuff like this,” Dawn grumbled. “You can’t just drag he around to places you like, when they result in stuff like this.”
“Hey!” Sylvia interjected herself into the conversation. “I’m fine! Really, I’m fine! I’m not even slurring my words anymore, you see?”
That may have been true, but Dawn wasn’t exactly convinced.
“Plus, I threw up most of the **** anyway,” the blonde added, as if that made it any better.
“…Let’s get you a glass of water to drink,” Dawn said, heading for the bathroom. “We need to get you hydrated.”
Gina hadn’t come right out and said it, but Dawn had a pretty good idea as to why the other girl had come all the way to her room tonight.
Needless to say, the plan had obviously been to mooch off of Dawn’s good will and drag her into this mess, since Gina knew that Dawn would have the drive to fix it.
But Dawn didn’t appreciate being used as a discount therapist, or as a babysitter! So when she stepped out of the bathroom, she intended to give Gina a piece of her mind.
What she didn’t expect to find when she exited the bathroom with her cup of water was that the two girls had somehow roped Morgana into their shenanigans.
“…What did I miss?” Dawn asked, staring at the three girls. They were lying on the carpet and staring up at the ceiling.
“The room’s spinning,” Sylvia giggled. “Pretty cool!”
“Sylvia wanted to lie down,” Gina said, propping herself up slightly on her elbows. “I thought that if she did, it might help keep her from throwing up again. And we wanted to join her so she wouldn’t feel lonely.”
While Dawn could appreciate the sentiment, this position also ensured that if Sylvia DID throw up, she wouldn’t be able to get to the toilet. And Dawn had no intention of her room smelling like the former host’s puke.
“Just sit up,” she urged Sylvia, who managed to sit with a great amount of effort. Dawn handed her the glass of water and the blonde accepted it gladly, draining it dry.
“…Phew!” She said, patting her belly. “That really hit the spot!”
“So what now?” Dawn asked, looking between the two women. “Because I promise, you’re not staying here.”
Gina frowned. But she expected that.
“Any advice?” She asked weakly. “For keeping her under control, I mean.”
Dawn responded with a wry smirk. “Oh, I think you’re doing a fine job already. Just keep her away from the ****.”
Gina couldn’t tell if the cat girl was serious or not, but she weighted more towards “not”. Dawn didn’t exactly look enthused that Gina had bothered her tonight.
“I’m fine, my girl,” Sylvia said. “I don’t need a babysitter!”
Dawn wasn’t sure about that, but she was also confident that she didn’t want to be stuck with the job. She was nice, but niceness had its limits, especially when dealing with Gina, and mini-Gina.
“Well… we’ll get out of your hair then,” Gina muttered.
“Sure, okay,” Dawn said, waving her hand. “Why not just go back to your bedroom? A little rest and relaxation is all she needs.”
“Okay!” Sylvia chirped, hopping to her feet. She was still a little unsteady, but it didn’t look like she was going to fall.
Gina got up too, and the two of them headed for the door. As they left, though, Gina’s thoughts turned towards another direction.
“The bar was definitely a bust,” she said out loud. “But I have another idea of how you can be a little rebellious, Sylvia!”
“Oh?” Sylvia raised her eyebrow curiously. “But, uh, didn’t you hear Dawn? She said we should go back to our room…”
Gina cracked a smile and shook her head. “Remember what I told you, about listening to what other people tell you to do? Ignore ‘em. Let’s just do whatever the hell we want!”
She’d gone to Dawn for help, and while she’d gotten it, she’d also gotten the door slammed in her face, both literally and metaphorically.
So much for listening to authority. Gina had a different idea of what to do now.
“If Dawn wants us to go somewhere… this should be fine,” Gina said, pulling up a screen and making a purchase with her large cache of BP that had gone mostly unused.
Oh great, what's she thinking now?
