Chapter 57 by Artican Artican

Who does Sam hook Elsa up with?

Elsa versus Sonya

Elsa woke up the next day feeling refreshed and energized. She was bright eyed and buzzing as she got up to get ready for school.

“You sure seem chipper today!” her roommate, Dani remarked as Elsa exited the bathroom. “Were you humming in there?”

“Oh. I don’t know…” Elsa shrugged. She was, but didn’t want to admit it. If she did, Dani would probably pry and she wanted to keep the reason for her good mood to herself.

“Well, it’s good to see you happy for once,” Dani replied. “Whatever it is, keep it up!”

Elsa smiled and playfully shoved Dani into the bathroom before heading to the kitchen. It was true that she had been in a dour mood lately. Classes have been a grind and being stuck on the night shift at work sapped away most of her free time. For the past month it had been nothing but work, practice and school. Her match with Samantha had really given her a breather from all that stress. It was just now that she was realizing it had been affecting those around her.

As Elsa entered the kitchen, she saw her other roommate, Tessa, eating cereal at the kitchen table.

“Well you’re in a good mood!” Tessa noticed from behind her cereal. “You get laid?”

Elsa blushed slightly which sparked a light in Tessa’s head. “No way! With who?!”

“Shut up!” Elsa deflected with a laugh.

“I bet it was that studly lifeguard you work with, what’s his name?” Tessa began to conjecture.

“Callum? No way!” Elsa denied. “Can’t I just be in a good mood once in a while?”

“Huh… I don’t know…” Tessa wondered out loud, “You’re always at the pool late at night… you two could be on the late shift… all alone…” Tessa looked up and played with her spoon as she pictured the scene.

“You’ve got too much imagination!” Elsa accused her curly blonde friend. It was all she could do to defend herself. Her roommate’s description was very close to the truth, just with the wrong person in mind. The lifeguard grabbed a power bar from the cabinet and headed out to escape further interrogation. “Anyways, I gotta go! Ketch you later!”

“Hooroo!” Tessa teased back.

Elsa’s class wasn’t until later in the morning so she could squeeze in an hour of swimming beforehand. Back when she was properly training, she would be doing this at 6 in the morning, but with her late shifts she didn’t have the energy to wake up so early.

Heading into the pool, Elsa passed by the pool office. She saw her coworkers, and waved hello. They were oblivious to what went on in there the night before which gave Elsa a naughty shiver of pleasure. It felt surreal moving through the populated pool area after she’d been running around this whole place stark bloody naked!

When she came out of the change room to swim, Sandra was out there, munching on her carrots. Elsa eyed the veggie but didn’t say anything.

“Hey Els!” Sandra greeted, walking up to her workmate and keeping pace.

“Hey Sandy!” Elsa greeted back, still making her way to the swim lanes.

“You had the closing shift last night, didn’t you?” Sandra asked.

“Ah… Yeh… why?” Elsa responded, feeling weary of the question.

“Callum found a torn up swimsuit in the trash this morning,” Sandra revealed. “Someone poked a hole through the crotch!”

“Wha?” Elsa replied with a nervous laugh. “Sounds like a bunch of jokers were up to no good…”

“Did you see anyone doing something strange last night?” Sandra probed.

“Well, not really, why?” She could feel her hairs stand on end as she lied to Sandra’s face.

Sandra shrugged and chuckled. “I figure someone missing an open-crotch speedo would have been noticeable.”

“Heh.. yeh… what's Callum doing, digging through the trash in the first place?” Elsa asked nervously, hoping to change the subject.

“Good question,” Sandra giggled. “Anyway, have a good swim!”

“Thanks!”

Elsa breathed a sigh of relief. She thought she had gotten rid of the evidence but apparently not. Thankfully neither of her coworkers thought too much of it. No one seemed to suspect her new double life, which gave her a sense of dread from being caught along with a euphoric high from keeping this depraved secret hidden.

After Elsa finished her swim, she washed up and changed. Dried and dressed, she checked her messages. Sam had sent her the name of the wrestler she knew at the school. The girl’s name was Sonya and was available to meet up that afternoon. Elsa was a little shocked. She’d just had a WSW match the night before, she wasn’t prepared to have another one so soon. Plus, she had another class in the afternoon. She relayed this to Sam who responded that they could just meet up and arrange a time and place for a match. This made sense to her, so she agreed.

Elsa spent the next hour in class only half listening to the lecture as she imagined what type of person she was being set up with. She got a nervous knot in her belly as she anxiously checked the time. This was like going on a blind date.

Finally, noon came around and Elsa headed to the cafeteria to meet up with her new partner. Sonya was a blonde in a school tracksuit with her name on it. That seemed simple enough to find. Elsa picked up a soup and sandwich from the lunch options, then began to troll through the tables to find her contact. That’s when she spotted her. A gorgeous, tall and slender blonde in the school’s red white and black. She looked up at Elsa and smiled.

“Hi! Elsa, right?”

“Yeh… you must be Sonya! Nice to meet you!”

“Nice to meet you too! Please! Sit!”

Elsa joined Sonya at the table. She felt like she was just invited to join the cool table. She couldn’t take her eyes off the fair haired beauty.

“Uh… how did you know it was me?” she asked, trying to break the awkward silence.

“The green streak,” Sonya smiled, pointing at Elsa’s hair.

“Oh yeah!” Elsa giggled, brushing her hair. She forgot she was a little easier to pick out of a crowd than the blonde.

“So, you know Sam?” she asked, starting on her lunch. Sonya was already in the middle of her salad so it didn’t seem rude to dig in.

“Yeah, I met her at wrestling practice,” Sonya confirmed. “She’s a tricky one!”

“I’ll say,” Elsa chuckled, thinking back at their match. Sonya raised an eyebrow and grinned.

“She told me you’re interested in finding new partners,” the blonde noted.

“Yeh! I’m kinda dippin’ my toes back in this whole thing,” she admitted. “I tried it a little before, but it didn’t really seem like a good fit, until I met Sam. We had a match and… well, I’m interested in more… Plus, Sam thought I’d be good at it!”

“She did say you had potential,” Sonya nodded, sipping her bottled water. “She also told me you’re a swimmer?”

“Yeh! I haven’t been very competitive this year with school and all, but I like to keep up,” Elsa agreed. “I work at the pool as a lifeguard too.”

“Oh! I go for morning runs around the pool,” Sonya revealed, “I’m part of the track team!”

“Track and wrestling? Det’s an odd mix…” Elsa noted.

“Well, wrestling is more of a hobby,” Sonya admitted. “I don’t think I’d be winning any championships anytime soon. I’m a relative newbie myself. Have you thought about joining the wrestling meets at school? I think there’s a bunch of us now that practice there!”

“Hmm… det does sound interesting, but with all the things I’m up to now, I doubt I’d have the time… I only have free time in the mornings and det’s when I swim.”

“I think I might have seen you going in!” Sonya said, eyes bright with recognition. “Ah! I thought I recognized you!”

“I don’t know… maybe I’m not the only green streaked girl hanging out at the pool in the morning…” Elsa teased.

“Mmm… I guess I’ll have to see you in a bathing suit to know for sure,” Sonya joked back.

“I think det can be arranged…” Elsa smiled, already picturing her lunchmate in a string bikini.

“When are you available?” Sonya asked, leaning in, ready to get down to business.

“Well, I have class after this and then need to go to work. I think the only time I’m available is in the morning, you know, being eye candy for you at the pool.”

Sonya chuckled. “Well, if I won’t be able to watch you on your morning swim, I think my schedule just got freed up as well!”

Elsa smiled. She was feeling a connection with this fellow athlete.

“So…” Sonya said. “Where should we do this?”

Where do they have their match?
