Maria cooking

When Oz came back into the house, he already smelled a bit of oil in the air. He knew right away that Maria was already cooking. He saw that she had taken various things from the fridge and shelves again. Oz was satisfied with the ingredients themselves, but he would have preferred her to cook more and in advance for a few days to come. At least it would give him more opportunities –each cooking session accompanied by a bit of foolery; but he nevertheless walked behind her and started off by asking her what she is doing.

“Well, Maria, getting used to the equipment here?”

“Yes, master Oz, is very good.” She responded and continued to chop onions and other vegetables. Glancing over at the water if it is boiling yet. She had a bit of beef prepared too.

“What soup are you making?”

“Is beef soup, master Oz.”
