Katie gives Vanessa a call to make sure things are going on schedule

Katie dialed a number into her office phone as she read through a news article about the event at the gala. It certainly looked like Jonny was busy with his plans. There were several people wounded as well as a few people dead. Katie noticed a quote or two from the police chief and couldn't help but wonder if she was also a part of Jonny's plan. She imagined that was likely since the Old Man had mentioned that Jonny planned on taking over the whole police **** at some point. It seemed like even the author of the article had a fear in the way that they wrote. Boy, was Jonny good at this. Katie hoped that she would be able to be as effective as Jonny was, but that would mean having her plan going the way she wanted it to.

Finally, Katie heard the phone stop ringing as that musical voice answered. "Hello?"

"Heyyyyy girl. It's me, Katie. You remember who I am, don't you babe?" she asked with a smirk on her face.

"How could I forget?" Vanessa asked, sounding quite lustful. Katie giggled a bit, knowing that was her programming at work.

"Well excuse me for being worried that your drinking too much may have given you head trauma...Anyway, I just wanted to check how things were going with your family."

"Oh, things are going great. Their empire will be all mine by midnight. And when I say all mine, I mean all yours of course" Vanessa said, and Katie could easily imagine the evil smirk on the girls face. Katie knew that she now hated her family and would do everything it took to give her newest object of desire all of their power.

"Midnight? Wow, you work fast. Once it's done, make sure you come straight to my office and we can work out the rest of our arrangement. Plus, I'll give you a little bit of fun as a thank you for everything. You would want to have fun with me, wouldn't you, Vanessa?"

"Mmmmmm, you know I would. I'll be over once daddy is sleeping with the fishes. I just need to finish explaining the plan to a few more goons and promise them rewards. See you soon, love" she said before hanging up on her end.

Katie licked her lips. It was like talking to a brand new girl. She looked at the golden and wooden grandfather clock in the corner of her office. It was hard to believe that within 3 hours, Katie would be the new crime lord of the area. That idea was so strange, but sooooo tempting. She'd be controlling the gangs while Jonny controlled the cops. That would make her quite useful to Jonny, which she wanted to be, while at the same time it would feed the old man. What could possibly go wrong?
