Chapter 9 by frogogre1 frogogre1

Does the surgery go well?

it was agony

Jim pov

As it would turn out, Dr. Pyg had no morphine or any other kind of painkiller, so you had to be restrained and gagged. So yeah, waking up to a guy in a pig mask holding a scalpel with Harley giving him a **** glare in the background screamed a set-up.

So you promptly tried to escape and find out that no, you were not getting out of your restraints and started to wonder if maybe you could somehow groan through the gag, the question of if you could write your will before they sliced and diced you.

"Sorry, Mr. J. I know Dr. Pyg is creepy and not something to wake up too, but he is a doctor, and I know the bindings aren't helping, but sadly, he doesn't have any painkillers. So the operation isn't going to be any fun, but once it's done, you'll be as good as you knew, and don't you worry, your Harley is going to make it up to you." Harley whispered into your ear as she leans over to you, making sure Jim got a good look at her breast.

"We'll miss Quinn now that you've reassured the patient; I and my assistants can start the operation." Dr. Pyg said as he waved over the two nurses standing by, causing Harley to step back and give them space to operate.

What followed was a slow, brutal hour and a half of surgery. Where the burnt remains of my left eye were slowly dug out of my left eye socket before Dr. Pyg moved on to the burnt areas around it and all of it done without a hint of anything to dull the pain. So yes, I was screaming bloody **** the entire time through my gag, which caused me a few extra scratches, which made it hurt worse. So, by the time it was all done, I wanted the hell out but was too weak to stand, and Harley looked ready to see if she would do the joker proud with how she was going to **** Dr. Pyg.

"Well, it looks like we were done, Mrs. Quinn, and the operation was a success. I do apologize once again for the lack of pain medication for the treatment, but I am a bit tight on supplies these days; hopefully your early payment will rectify that, but anyway, all he needs now is rest and some antibiotics, so I would take him home and get him to bed after you give him his medicine," said Dr. Pyg with a polite tone, showing he was professional despite the heated glare Harley was sending his way.

"Alright, doctor, but just know if I find out you weren't straight with me, I'm coming back and doing an operation myself." Harley said, eying the tools on the surgery table before giving Dr. Pyg a look that said exactly who her patient would be.

"No need for that, Mrs. Quinn; I did my job, and he should be fine so long as you do as I recommend. Remember, Mrs. Quinn, my work depends on trust, and I can't let go of the fact that I can't be trusted to do my job. Now head along; you'll best be getting him home." Dr. Pyg said he was trying to assure her before having the nurses help her get Jim into the car.

Harley made sure Jim was safely tucked into the back seat before getting in front, then driving off, and Dr. Pyg watched her drive off before going back into the old decrepit hospital, but neither Harley nor Dr. Pyg noticed the nurses watching Jim closely as they loaded him into the car, nor did they notice them taking something from him.

what could the nurses want from jim?
