"Whoa, hold on a minute Eric" Steven said as he continued, by pulling rank as his superior "Eric I don't quite like your tone and as your supervisor I really think you should calm down when I'm talking to you"

"Oh sorry, did I hurt your delicate feelings" Eric said whilst his voice carried a soft strand of authority.
