With shock

"You've got to be kidding me!" You reply, a little louder than intended.

"Please, keep your voice down!" She quickly whispers, looking over her shoulder as if Sofia from HR is right over her shoulder.

"This is bad Diane, really bad. How could you let this happen?"

"Well I didn't mean for it at first..."

"At first!" You exclaim under your breath. "How many times has this happened?" You whisper.

"Only about eight times."

"Eight times! With how many different clinets?" You reply, alarmed.

"Oh... right. I meant eight clients. If you count each time with them it would be no more thaaaaaan... thirty."

"Thirty! I can't believe this!" You reply.

"I didn't... I didn't think it would be that big an issue."

"It's a huge issue Diane. This could land you in a whole world of trouble."

"I see that now." She replies. "So. What am I supposed to do? Do I sign this contract and risk one of the clients telling the truth? Or do I come clean to Sofia in HR and almost surely get fired?"

You sigh and lean back in your chair, rubbing your temples in deep thought as you think over this conundrum.
