Arnold was not enthusiastic that gym class was the first class of the day. He hated gym and always wanted to be done with it. Arnold headed into the locker room.
He slipped into the stalls to change into his gym clothes before heading into the gym. It was a co-ed mixed class as Arnold walked out of the locker room. He saw their teacher Coach Monica standing with a clipboard and pen.
“Oh, hello, Arnold,” Coach Monica said. “You’ll be leading stretches today. Come up front while the others make their way here.”
Arnold gulped but obeyed as he waited in the front while the guys and girls started to trickle out.
“Gather around, class,” Coach Monica said. “Alright, Arnold. Let’s start class. Everyone pay attention to Arnold. He’ll be leading our stretches.”
Arnold followed Coach Monica’s instructions as they went stretch by stretch. “That’s it reach for the sky. Arnold arms all the way up.”
Arnold stretched his arms far above his head.
