Where's an Orb landing?

Hope's Peak Academy... On a good day, it's a learning institution for the brightest minds in Japan, but on a bad day, it might play stage to the greatest tragedy in human history. It could even serve as the starting point for despair to sweep the civilized world.
In either case, there's plenty of work for the Orb to take care of. If things are going wrong, what better than a little other-worldly maintenance to fix it up? And even if things are going right for all those Ultimate students, they could always be going better!
After all, no one's perfect. With all the studies and responsibilities those young adults have to deal with, it's probably hard to even find time to squeeze in some fun and fooling around. Maybe the Orb can help optimize that, too?
