Hump the window

Looking around his apartment, there were many windows, from floor to ceiling, one gave away to a construction site, as the construction on the building next to his was being finished, and the rooftop was at the same level as his apartment, so if he humped that window, he would expose himself to the construction workers. Another window gave away to the street, and while the building in front of his was smaller than his own, the owner of the apartment on the top floor could see him. Lastly, a third window, that simply let him see the entire city, but nobody would be able to see him.
