He is in his underwear

"U-Um... Where are my clothes?" Alex asked nervously after seeing his bare stomach when looking down, upon further inspection it seemed he was wearing nothing but white briefs! Alex pulled the covers up to his neck to hide his body and went a shade of red in his face.

"Don't panic! I have them neatly folded next to me, I had to remove them for um... well you had a temperature so It was to cool you down!" The nurse said while trying to come off as professional, Alex didn't feel very hot... in fact it was kind of cold in this room.

"Oh Alright I guess... Can I have them back now? I'm feeling a lot better" Alex responded, he didn't fully believe the nurse but why would she lie?

"No! Not yet um... Well I think you passed out due to overheating so... its best if we keep you cool for now and make sure your OK!" Alex wanted to argue but the nurse seemed really sweet... and its not like this was the end of the world, he had a blanket to cover himself and its not like anyone he knew was about to come right through the door-
