The beach

"Good question." Marlene said as the contestants gathered around. "Today's event is about confidence. True confidence comes from accepting and embracing yourselves. Sure, you're all here to lose weight, but you're also here to embrace who you are."

"That is why today we'll all be going to to the beach." Marlene explained. "Don't worry, we've picked out bathing suits for all of you based on your measurements. Revealing ones."

Lauren, and a few of the other female contestants gulped nervously.

"You're going to spend the day letting it all hang out. This is a chance to embrace yourselves. To be confident and free, and have fun! But, there is a challenge as well. Each of you has to find a date. Anyone who fails to do so will be off the show."

Lauren balked. She had to find a date in a bikini, with all the weight she'd gained, no padded, no Spanx. All while being filmed! If she failed she'd be going to jail!

"Alright, let's got to the beach!" Marlene said enthusiastically.
