Joseph Doe is rather normal bloke, living within the great land Down Under.

But after dying, he was meet by a 'God' that who is the last holder of this thing called a Rulebook. But after the being explained what the Rulebook was, Joseph instantly recognized it as the CHYOA Rulebook. To which he accepted to become its new holder.

With that the former owner with a single stroke of his pen erased all of the rules that had been written during his time, and with that Joseph now with the Rulebook in hand he wrote his first rule.

Old Rule: Joseph Doe will appear within a Raven Rock and the Enclave hasn't come to the facility and the President AI is replace with Cortana from Halo but can walk around with a body that is Identical to 2B's but with fully functional sexual organs and can manifest clothing to cover herself. But prefers to wear 2B's clothing as the blindfold doesn't inhibit her ability to see but allow her to see through every camera within Raven Rock and help control everything within.

Within an instant he had appeared with the Raven Rock facility which would be changed completely. I was in the entrance hall after you would enter the place. To my left Cortana stood dressed just like 2B but instead of it looking like cloth her clothing is Latex and shining.

"Hello Master." is the only thing she says.

Old Rule: Raven Rock is far larger, with 11 levels going down from the 11th where the entrance is located. No matter how large Raven Rock is underground on of it can be seen from the surface and can only be entered by its main entrance or by the large Hanger that would allow Vertibirds and large Bombers to take off.

Old Rule: Raven Rock's 10th, 9th, and 8th levels are staging areas for Joseph Doe's forces each of these floors cover 3 square miles, with lifts connected to the lower levels.

Old Rule: 7th, 6th, and 5th levels cover a 5 square mile area is where Joseph Doe's forces can be trained and equipped with whatever he wants them to be equipped with, with machines that can create anything he or any of his soldiers wish for.

Old Rule: 4th, 3rd and 2nd levels are living areas each covering 30 square miles and able to hold 1 million people who will give their lives for Joseph Doe. They have access to unlimited Food and Water, from Joseph Doe's Earth, access to media, games and even the internet with everything being free. It also has everything a society would need to function like a hospital, schools and so on. Though there is a heavy in self-defense, weapon training and serving Joseph Doe.

Old Rule: 1st level is Joseph Doe's Palace where he would live, where he has the same access to the things above him on the upper levels. His Palace his fully staffed with Maids who wear latex uniforms and are willing to do anything he asks of them, even if it means their own ****.

Old Rule: 1st level also has a Command-and-Control Center where Joseph Doe and his subordinate officers will help him begin to conquer not only this world but hundreds more.

Old Rule: Women all within Joseph Doe's preferences will wake up within the houses on their respective levels, all willing to die for Joseph Doe. The Women can also reproduce with other women with medical professionals able to combine the 2 women DNA to create a child, but it would only create females. While any women who has sex with Joseph Doe is honored and respected. But even then, the result will also be a girl being born.

Old Rule: Everyone within Raven Rock is immortal and **** isn't taboo and there isn't any negative effect.

Old Rule: Joseph Doe is within his bed in his Palace with Cortana. Only Joseph Doe and Cortana can see the Rulebook. Cortana can assist within using it, by providing suggesting's that are to Joseph and his people's benefit.
