morning routine

I woke up with a yawn as I stretch my arms. looking by the door I see matt standing by it. in his hands was a large pot. it has been a week since he was gifted to me. I tried sleeping in the same bed as him the first night, but it just felt wrong.

the next day I found a better idea. at night I would have him stand by the door. if it opened, he was to drop the item. not the best alert system but it will work for now. after I wake up, I will have him sleep on the bed.

"Matt put the pot down and go to bed," I tell him. he just drops the pot with a loud bang before going to the bed. he just lays down and stares up into space. "Sleep," I ordered. he soon closed his eyes and drifted to sleep.

shaking my head at how he needs to be told to do everything I start going through my morning stretches. I have also added changing parts of my body to get used to that ability as well. about an hour later I had worked up a sweat and was about to start meditating.

Before I could the door opened. in walked one of the scientists. he had a clipboard in his hands. "Good morning," he said.

"Morning," I said with suspicion. "What do you want?" outside of the guy giving me matt none of the scientist had stepped in here.

"Oh, just wanted to test if a theory is right," he said. he then holds up a scanner of some sort. "This thing is very sensitive, so it needs to be operated by someone who know that they are doing. now can you make a clone for me."

"Sure," I said not convinced. I soon made the clone and had it walk to him. he scanned it for a few minutes before growing a huge grin.

"I was right," he said.

"Right about what," I asked.

"About why your clones can't use nanites," he said. "The simple answer is that they do not have any nanites. as you should know clones are made of the user's chakra. but since we added the nanite organ to you," he started to explain.

"They do not have the organ so nanites," I said. "So, I will have the remember to not rely on my clones to be exact copies of me."

"Not quite," he said. "They do have the organ, but it is unable to produce any nanites. think of it as an Aburame. in the rare case they make non bug clones the bugs are not included. the nanites are the same way and the organ cannot produce new ones."

"Okay that make sense I guess," I said.
