Dominant Route: The Dean's Speech

Describing the Dean as radiant would do her a disservice.

You've never seen anyone as beautiful as her before. Frankly, you've never imagined anyone as beautiful as her before. Thick black hair, almond brown eyes, perfect skin, and a black leather outfit that looks more suited for a dungeon then a school. Her voice, her body, her presence: all are demanding your full attention. It takes an effort of will to focus on the meaning behind her words and you can only manage because you're certain she wants you to.

"I am Mesmerra, Goddess of Mind Control, whenever a will is conquered by another I am there. I welcome you all to Mind Control University. The day grows late so I will be brief." She smiles and you feel yourself blushing.

"MCU is an institution of learning dedicated to the arts of my domain. During your stay all students must attend classes promptly. Failure to do so, or preventing a classmate from doing so, will be met with punishment. Such punishments will be allotted by the teacher of the missed class. You will each find a copy of the class schedule in your rooms."

"During your stay you will have full access to the facilities of MCU for both leisure and learning. Our library is among the best stocked in any reality and will be the source for any class required textbooks or media. You will also have access to the cafeteria, pool, fitness center, infirmary, the counselors office, and laboratory spaces. More facilities may be added if approved by myself or a professor. There are, of course, classrooms which also serve as teachers offices. I highly encourage all of you to make use of their office hours. The campus provides secure wifi for computers," You have no idea what that means. "And magical wards for translation, prevention of illness, and against final ****." You know what those are and the fact she just mentioned a translation cantrip and immortality with about the same weight is insane. Even temporary personal spells for postponing **** are the kinds of things only archmages should be able to do.

The dean claps her hands and a key rack appears behind her.

"You will all receive a dorm room, shared with another student. Dorms are private and inaccessible without the correct key. You may retrieve your key after orientation. All students must share a room. No exceptions." You could swear that she's smirking at you after saying that.

"Finally we come to the reason many of you are in attendance at this fine institution, mind control. Even the greatest among you are still at the beginnings of your journey. During your stay you will face each other in glorious competition. A few will leave this place with the power to bring entire cultures to their knees in submission and obedience. Those who do not will leave as their slaves, pets, and playthings. Every one of you has the potential to be either whether you desire it or not."

She allows her words to hang in the air. Silence fills the auditorium as desire fills your heart. There's probably some way you could frame it in a positive way but you like to believe you're more honest then that. You want to win this competition and make a whole bunch of girls into your own mind controlled harem and there's no two ways about it.

"Of course I will not accept sloppy work from my students. A degree of subtlety is expected. If you are caught by another student before the attempt is completed and reported to me then you will be penalized and the other student freed. And show some originality, the food in the cafeteria is off limits."

The dean smiles as she says her final words.

"Competition breeds excellence and only the strong may choose. If you learn anything from your stay here let it be that."

Without waiting for questions Mesmerra disappears in a flash.
