Lauren is angry

Dennis laughed. Lauren had always seemed larger then life, but now he was seeing her for what she was. She wasn't physically perfect, and her ego and put downs were all built on flimsy insecurity. She was a bully, and like most bullies she fell apart under real exposure.

Lauren was furious, her pink face turning red. How dare he laugh. This loser saw her naked and laughed?! He should be thanking her, the lucky loser!

"I'm a goddess, just look at me!"

Lauren put her hands on her hips and thrust out her chest, legs wide, showing Dennis her glory. Unfortunately her glory wasn't what she thought, and her exaggerated preening just made Dennis laugh all the harder...
