A surprise message, and some temptation!

As I'm walking back to our apartment, I get a text message from a number I don't recognize. It doesn't even look like a valid phone number, it has way too many digits. But, since the first two words in the little preview are Hey, Onii-chan, I go ahead and open it, figuring I know who it is.
Hey, Onii-chan! I just found something out, and didn't think it would be a good idea to tell you through the app. You're gonna have someone waiting for you when you get home, just know, she's in on the bet!
My brows scrunch up a bit at that, but it's not hard to figure out what she's meaning. I take a deep breath, and keep heading home, preparing myself for a new, sexy visitor.

Just before I get back, I remember I haven't claimed my gems or box yet for the day, so I quickly do that. 25 gems richer, I walk into the building and head up.

Once I open my door, I am actually stunned by what I see sitting at my kitchen table. Her skin was a deep crimson, with absolutely no imperfections of any kind, and I swear I could see heat ripples coming off of it. There also seemed to be some kind of tribal-looking tattoos across what I can see of it, but they are almost the same color so it's hard to be sure. Her figure was even more impressive than Evelyn's, if only because she had a perfect hourglass with the same size chest. Sharp, pointed facial features set in a stern expression, and solid black eyes that seemed to glitter with a malignant intelligence. Black hair that flowed freely most of the way down her back, with a long pair of straight, black horns rising from the top of her head, which had flickers of actual fire at the tips! But, the most bizarre thing about this woman, is she's wearing a full business suit! Pencil skirt just above the knees, blouse covered with blazer, everything! Granted, the blouse is only buttoned halfway up, but still.

She looks at me as I enter, "Ah, good. You must be Mathew," I slowly nod, and she points to the seat across from her, "Have a seat. You may call me Karen, and as I'm sure you have guessed, I'm here from Succulabs."

I take the offered seat, cautiously considering what this might be about. "You look very different from Kurumu," I tell her.

She smiles, and even though I can tell she is trying to be friendly, she just gives off waves of sinister energy. "We succubi are shapeshifters by nature. Historically, we have used this ability to help ensure the greatest amount of ease when it comes to procuring our next meal. However since the release of the Custom Girls app and its spinoffs, including the one you have, many of us have taken to using this ability more for personal enjoyment. I, for one, happen to like this look."

I bet she does, though I wisely decide against saying that. Instead I ask, "Is there a problem of some kind? I don't want to cause any kind of trouble."

She shakes her head, "No, not a problem, persay. We at succulabs are mostly satisfied with your performance thus far, with only one small concern. And that concern is what I am here to address, and hopefully rectify."

She leans forward, pressing her boobs together, giving me a clear view of the deep valley of her cleavage, and continues "To put it simply, we have noticed you seem to be **** to expand your selection of available girls, or to make any large purchases on them. To date, you have only made two purchases that were more than 10 gems, and while you have made numerous smaller ones, the effects of the less expensive customizations is of only minor benefit to us, even when several are stacked together. Some of us believe part of your reticence comes from your concern about helping your biologically challenged friend, and as such, I am prepared to make you an offer."

She slides a piece of paper across the table towards me, explaining "Sign our agreement, and we are prepared to make a special dispensation to boost your gem limit by 4 times, allowing you to store more than enough to give your friend the customizations she wants. In addition, you will receive an additional 20 gems every day, and another 5 daily gems for every girl you add to your collection."

I pick up the paper she's holding out for me, and start to look it over. As I do, I mention "So, Kurumu told me about the betting pool going on. About me getting corrupted?" Karen's eyes narrow a little, but she doesn't say anything, "I'm guessing you're here to try and make sure you win, so what will you get if I do sign this?"

She smiles again, not even trying to hide the malevolence behind it, "A full 50% of all energies you create for the next 10 years, plus executive rights regarding enforcing your end of the bargain."

I've just gotten to the part of the contract with what is expected of me from this, and my eyes widen:
1) User agrees to add no fewer than 3 girls to his stable every week
2) User agrees to spend no fewer than 30 gems each day, at least 15 of which must be spent on a single customization.
3) User agrees to make at least one purchase each day without informing the girl receiving the customization being informed of it ahead of time
4) User agrees to not tell any of his collected girls about this agreement under any circumstances
Holy hell...and given what I have seen of what the app can do, I'm betting that what she means by 'enforcing' my compliance means taking over my body and making me do it, if I try to not. But, that is a lot of gems, and would guarantee I could get Tess the body she wants a lot sooner...
