After an accident

John blushed, clearly remembering the details of two nights ago when he tried to save Katie from two bullies and started fighting and won. After saying a cheesy yet cool line, he passed out and woke up to an unfamiliar ceiling. He saw bandages on his arm and head and saw Katie sleeping on the sofa beside the bed. It was evident she took care of you after you passed out.

"Don't you also have a date set today with her? Since it is Sunday today." (Snap)
"Yeah... I do have a date today. But I will be leaving by noon."

"Okay. Have a nice date."

With that, John's mother brings in the pancakes.
"John, the suit you said you wanted to wear for the date is done at the dry cleaning. Can you go and pick it up?"
Just before John was about to say yes, Bessie said, "Mom, John also needs to get ready for his date. I will help him. So, You go and pick up the Suit."(Snap)

"Of course, sweetie. I will go and bring the Suit."

John felt something was off, but his parents always doted on his younger sister, so it wasn't much different than usual.

In the Afternoon, when John was ready to leave. Bessie had gone out an hour before saying she had plans with her friend, and to enjoy his date.

John took out his father's Retro Bike which his father had specifically ordered him to take a lady on a date with.

He drove through the familiar streets and arrived in the parking of Katie's Apartment block.
