Who makes the next move, and how?

Rosa takes the initiative. "Well, hello there, John," she purrs. "You're looking very... commanding, if I may say so." She leans forward, giving him a better look down her dress.
Rosa is a striking woman with long, flowing hair that cascades down her back. She has a slender, well-toned figure, which she is currently accentuating with a form-fitting, low-cut dress that emphasizes her curves. The dress is a deep crimson color, hugging her body in all the right places, and it has a thigh-high slit that caught the eye. Her outfit is completed with stiletto heels that give her an added height and an air of confidence.
"I've always admired your confidence, and... authority," she says throatily. She places a delicate hand on his arm, giving a gentle, lingering touch to convey her interest. She continues with a playful tone: "You know, I've always liked a man who takes charge."
John grins at her. "Sure, I know girls like that sort of thing," he says smugly. Sexist prick, thinks Sarah.
Rosa's expression wavers for a split second, but she quickly covers her reaction with a smile. "Yes, and I know what guys like. You want someone who'll follow your every whim, yeah? Someone who'll cater to all your fantasies."
Sarah looks at Rosa in disgust. By groveling like this, she's reinforcing harmful stereotypes. Worse, she's making it harder for Sarah to compete -- as a well-known outspoken feminist, she can hardly fawn over him in the same way, he'd never believe she's that submissive. I need to come up with a different way to appeal to him, she thinks.
Who makes the next pitch for his attention?
These branching stories are going to have 3 very simple premises: 1) You exist in a world where your character AND ONLY your character gets to have sex with whatever group or groups of people you choose wherever and whenever he or she desires. 2) The circumstances under which he or she can have sex with that group can be specified generally or specifically. 3) The response of the people you have sex with and/or the general public can be chosen.
