How Do You Proceed?
You decide to "modify" Kylie Allison, Perhaps if she was *different*, this company could succeed.
She could certainly be less trouble for you and the board's agenda if she was a ditzy airhead, or at the very least more agreeable, or maybe just lazy enough to let YOU and others take charge of the company's higher level activities. You looked at a photo of her in your dossier provided by the board. She looked like such an uptight woman...In all likelihood, it would take more than just one modification, but you don't need to know how to change her all at once.

The company has plenty of staff in R&D always working on various things, maybe they can help YOU. Maybe one of those supplements they use on the livestock could be useful?
