Anne-Marie interrogates the girls

Anne-Marie waved a hand. "Stop acting like animals," she said. "What do you think this is, a zoo? Get a grip on yourself."

Susie scrambled upright as Bonnie lowered her hands and said, sharply, "This isn't funny! When Miss Trickett comes back, you're going to get in so much trouble!"

"Bonnie, what size is your bra?"

"C cup," said Bonnie, and instantly clamped her mouth shut. Anne smirked at Susie. "What about you, Susie? Do you even wear a bra?"

"I do," snapped Susie. "I'm an A cup." Immediately she clapped her hands over her lips, but it was too late. All the boys, especially Ben, had heard her share her bra size with the world. Anne cocked her head thoughtfully.

"That's not very big, is it, Susie? Let me ask you something. Do you ever get jealous of girls with bigger breasts?"

"Yes," said Susie, and tried to screw up her face as tightly as possible so she wouldn't have to answer any more questions. "Who?" asked Anne, all innocence, and Susie said, "Bonnie, and... and you..."

"You're jealous that I have bigger breasts than you?"

"Yes! I'm jealous that you have bigger breasts than me!"

"Aww. Susie, you shouldn't be jealous. In fact, you should be proud to be a member in good standing of the Itty Bitty Titty Committee. Let me hear you say it."

"I'm proud to be a member of the Itty Bitty Titty Committee!"

A smattering of applause. As Susie cringed so hard she thought she might die, Anne looked at Bonnie and said, "You're such a tomboy. Do you ever think about kissing other girls?"

"Yes," said Bonnie, immediately, though she looked like she'd rather jump off a bridge than answer the question. Anne raised one immaculate eyebrow and said "Like who?"

"Like... like Mayor Peggy..."

"Ewww! Bonnie wants to kiss Mayor Peggy!"

"And..." said Bonnie, wretchedly, "and... you... and Susie..."

"You want to kiss me?" said Anne, staggering back theatrically while Susie's mouth dropped wide open. "Why, Bonnie, I had no idea you felt that way. Too bad, though! I only kiss normal people, not nerds like you! And did I really hear you say you wanted to kiss Susie?"

"Uh. A little bit."

"Wow," said Anne, as the audience giggles. "We're learning a lot today. Well, class, I think we've discovered that hypnosis can make people confess their deepest and most embarrassing secrets. Isn't that interesting? But, you know, that's not all hypnosis can do."

She looked the girls up and down, savouring the moment.

"I believe there was some talk of making people take off their clothes."
